GPU running at 100% after installing mods

Hey,

I installed some Oblivion mods yesterday, and it could just be a coincidence but Valhiem is no longer running well on my laptop. It is causing my GPU to run at 100% and is stuttering pretty badly. I've got 55 GB of storage left so I think that wouldn't be causing any issues.

Here are the mods I installed :

Is there any chance that the mods I installed for Oblivion could be causing this issue. I haven't had any issues before so I'm not sure what else could be the problem.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated.

No. It's a coincidence.

it turns out my PC isn't recognizing my NVIDIA GPU anymore. In my device manager it says Driver service added twice and Device migrated followed by device install requested. I'm not expert... I hope my GPU is ok

You probably left your onboard GPU turned on in the BIOS

I'm not quite sure how it got switched in the first place. The device shows up when I showed hidden devices. Nvidia control panel is not detecting the device...
