Any Good Vanilla Enhancement/Difficulty Mods?

I've been looking for a while now for an overhaul mod or collection of mods that make vanilla Skyrim more challenging and enjoyable. I've tried overhauls like Requiem and Skyre; which are great in their own right, but to me it felt like they were trying to create a whole new gamer rather than enhance the vanilla game.

Specifially, what I'm looking for is simply a challenge enhancer that fixes exploits and loopholes and just nerfs the player character accross the board. Things like:

-Slower health, stamina, and magicka regen. Both in and out of combat.

-Perk trees rebalanced, but not changed. What I mean is to keep the vanilla perks in tact, but simply rebalance them by nerfing the overpowered perks and buffing useless ones.

-Nerf the crafting system across the board. Smithing, Alchemy, and Enchanting are all horribly broken and OP.

-Fix broken combat mechanics like sneak, bashing, ect.

- SkyTweak lets you change lots of things, including attribute regen both in and out of combat.

- It doesn't change perks.

- I have a rebalancing tweak for smithing, that makes it favor slow and fast weapons equally, something similar for armor too.

It doesn't have a slider to nerf smithing as a whole yet.

It does have two sliders to nerf alchemy, and I'm adding something for enchanting tonight.

- It has a "sneak fatigue" tweak, which makes sneaking drain stamina.

it also has sliders for various sneak damage multipliers.

- there are sliders for bash stamina cost

- there's a slider that makes power attacks/bashes deal proportionately less damage and stagger if you aren't paying the full stamina cost.

- it fixes critical damage and bleed damage scaling to also account for levels, enchantments, etc.

and theres some other stuff packed in there you might not have thought of.
