Hey im struggling with insane stutters and lag durin and after big battles, specifically when im playing OCW and WARZONES. I have disabled vsync, and used bethini, and lowered graphics from 4k to 1080p and the problem still persists -.-

 

My specs are:

 

GPU: GeForce RTX 3090 Founders Edition

Try display tweaks, it might help you more ways then one.

Thats interesting, it did help in a way, it takes much longer between the freeze/stutters after installing this. But the sounds from blocking and deflecting still continues long after battle alongside the freezes. Im thinking maybe my load order is bad or i have too many scripts maybe?

EDIT: I also have the game on my HDD, could it possibly be a writing speed issue? I havent moved it to SSD yet because i have to redo 400+ mods on mo2 lol

Do you use loot, it can help you figure out your problem. If you do make sure no mods are conflicting with one another, or errors. That's usually my goal with over 300 mods enabled.

yep i use loot, and i have solved all conflicts and patches :-/

You can also try SSE FPS Stabilizer at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community. According to that mod author these two mods approach the problem from different directions so there is no compatibility issue. I don't think it will have anything to do with the delayed sounds, but it does help with the overall FPS issue.

 

 

 

Also, to help others so they don't have to scroll through all 400 of your mods, consider using spoiler tags for long posts or lists. Type it like this (but spell "spoiler" correctly):

My hardware is almost identical, only I have an R9 5900X and RX 6900XT.

My SSE is designed for graphics only 4K Texture's for landscape, houses, clothing, armor etc. and my fps was consistently at 30-35fps. When an NPC was around me, I got 10-20fps.

I then found out which MOD was responsible for it, it was High Poly Head SE. When I uninstalled it, I had 60fps continuously. I then set the monitor resolution to 1920x1080 and the fps were 110-120fps.

When I installed High Poly Head SE again, it sank
1920x1080 the fps to 35-40 and at 3840x2160 to 10-20fps, High Poly Head SE uninstalled everything great.

So uninstall HPH SE

 

P.S. The picture shows what it looks like without HPH SE with 1920x1080 graphics settings on high.
