FO4 CTD On Startup

So, because my previous topic hadn't gotten another response in a couple days, I still haven't gotten the issue resolved, and I had accidentally posted it in the general discussion forums instead of technical support, I thought I'd post another one here instead.

I recently decided to reinstall FO4 and do a modded run, however I'm currently having an issue with the game crashing on startup, with no error or anything like that. I've no idea what could be causing this issue, so I'd appreciate help on the matter.

Neither Vortex nor Loot are giving me errors about missing masters or conflicting mods. Keep in mind that some of these plugins are ELS's, so as far as I can tell, I am not going over the max mod limit.

I didn't realized I had installed every single option for Live Dismemberment. The maker of Live Dismemberment did not specify anywhere in the description of the mod that it would install all of the plugins via Vortex, and that I had to enable only one. Instead, they had it written down in the comments, which I didn't even think to go to at the time. Vortex says that I have 232 active plugins and 88 light plugins(that's not counting the Live Dismemberment bloat). I tried uninstalling WotC and extended powerlines, but regardless of all of this, the game is still crashing on startup.

 

EDIT: I found the cause of the issue. Turns out, it was BUFFOUT 4 that was causing the crash as I was missing certain key mods it needed.
