i too am having load order problems, i think, im pretty new to modding, watched some videos and read "a beginners guide", (which is awesome) and thought i had a handle on it, i downloaded some mods everything was ok, then everything went down, i would like some help with my load order, please. here are my mods i would like to run.

Is there a single mod organizer that will point out errors?Mod Organizer the utility on here seems to have a lot of problems with NMO,and That's generally what I use to download.

If you use loot it may tell you about outdated plugins and such. Uhm. I don't see what you mean with lots of problems with nmo. You can download everything via mo. And I would use only one mod manager, otherwise there is no reason to use one at all. Also pointing out is not a functionality of a mod manager.

Question: Is it wise to say certain mod-groups need to be prioritized?

Let's say:

 

First: New Visual and Graphics

2nd: New Landscapes/ structures/ buildings/ towns etc.

3rd: New player textures - Textures, hair, face,

4.: New Animations/ Combat/ Gameplay Changes (dual-wielding, magic combat etc.)

5.: Sounds maybe

6.: All the new +-stuff (like Followers, Armor, Weapons etc.)

Maybe this will help ... I actually ran across this by mistake one night.

 

I use LOOT to get my load order correct and I also create mods. I noticed as I added my mods to my current LOOT made load order it would put them at the end of the list. I figured LOOT worked off some master list and just didn't know my mods by name. Thus they ended up at the end of the list ... Well one night while editing I mistakenly deleted my load order files "loadorder.txt" and "plugins.txt". Praying LOOT would somehow know, I ran it with my fingers crossed. As it turned out LOOT didn't need my old load order at all and in fact now put my mods in the correct place they should have been from the start. It would seem once you create a load order LOOT reacts differently then it would if you didn't have a load order at all. So anyways, now before I run LOOT I just delete my current load order files. I've never had a problem with load order after that night. I also manually copy and paste from the loadorder.txt file to the plugins.txt file. ( starting from Update.esm )

 

These files can be found at: C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Skyrim

(you will need to be able to see hidden files to see the AppData folder)

hello everyone, i'm new ad modding and hope that u can help me! This is my load order given from loot, but sometimes it happens that the game crash and can't find the real reason! Another thing is that for rebirth monster (revenge of the enemies) the first time i installed it i started the game without using loot, and it worked perfecly, i had to reduce the game difficulty 'cause the dragon priest at the end of the college arc was invincible, but after a while i used loot and i think it chaged rebirth monster position in the load order, 'cause it's not working porperly!

Well I guess I'm being overzealous in my modding, hence why i've incorporated 149 different mods, so maybe i'm biting off more then I can chew but any help in what would be the best order.....

now to the fun part I have 2 abodes: gypsy eyes caravan and bathing beauties.

2 animal mods,
