Every time I download a mod here now it gets where its finished but in FF it stays downloading and says "Unknown time remaining - 0 bytes (0 bytes/sec)."

Downloads from every other site works just fine. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

Make sure you have cookies and java enabled for the site.

Try downloading using a different browser.

Do you always use the same server, if so try a different one.

Cookies and java are enabled, I don't want a different browser and no, those downloads in the screenshot are from each of the download servers. Seattle, Texas & London.

You could and probably should try a different browser, if you're being hardheaded against advice there's not much we can do.

Try Opera as a browser.

Not to be rude, but... The entire problem is that I don't want to use another browser, and I'm asking how I can fix it.

I can download from here fine with Opera and Safari. I just don't like having to open up a different browser solely for this site.

I'm assuming maybe it has something to do with my cache? I don't know.

Files are served to users through java, PHP and the use of cookies. My guess is there's a problem between your config/some firewall or anti-virus software and the way the server provides the downloads. Unfortunately without actually being there and knowing what you have running on your PC, and what security settings you have, etc. it makes it very difficult to troubleshoot!

Well, my best guess was maybe a cookie went corrupt or something, 'cause a couple weeks ago it was working fine; so, I tried deleting my cookies for this site to see if that worked, and no cigar. Didn't work.

It was working a couple weeks ago though, and nothing has changed on my end. So, I have no clue what happened... I know cookies and stuff can become corrupt though.

It can't be a firewall or anti-virus, I'm not running any right now.

I don't know...

Did your router or modem reset recently?

Maybe it did while you didn't know, might wanna check out your router/modem's firewall settings, maybe it show some results.

When I asked you to try using another browser, it was to check if you may have a settings/configuration issue in firefox.

Trying another browser would help to pinpoint whether it is a browser issue or possibly point to an alternative problem.

The latest update from firefox was a couple of weeks ago........on one of my computers that I use daily it will accept cookies while you are on line, but when I close the browsers it is deleting my login cookies. This is strange because I have firefox on 4 computers and only one is affected.

Well, here's how you fix that:

Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Private Data -> Uncheck "Always clear private data when I close Firefox."

It is a browser issue. I'm 100% certain it is not my router. Firefox settings? Quite possibly, but it's odd that it would only affect this website and no others. The only guess I had was corrupt cookies; but, now I'm a bit amiss as to what it could be. It not working very well could have coincided with a FF update, I'm unsure.
