The Secret of Monkey Island, cos there's a quote I love in dealing with guys:

"Is that a banana in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?”

Bah, it ain't retro unless it's 16 bit (or less) and 2D or less! ;)

Not really - the above mentioned wonderful Myst by Broderbund  is e.g. from 1993, when a lot of today Nexus friends were elsewhere but in front of the keyboard of a 16-bit Windows for Workgroups (if ever) DOS-line XMS computer... :woot:

OMG....I now officially feel OLD!!!! LOL If you went to Stanford University and had access to the "super" computers of that time (1970's) you could play Star Trek, except that you had to compute your own tragecteries! lolol Yeah, ok :  : not many relate to that, huh? Actually, it was my darling hubby that had that access. hehehe he was pretty much the nerdiest mathematician .

Relate to what?

Wasn't the game actually called Klingdon's Attack (a galaxy subdivided into numerous to be searched quadrants, perhaps eponym of the later Klingons), and the year 1973, with students and training staff in front of terminals with nothing, not even an ash tray? LOL

However, that was three years after my 1st sign in here and 14 years before my birth. You see - there is always an older fish :woot:
