What Mods obstructs DB Quest - Help

Hey everyone. I finally got around to reinstalling Oblivion and went a bit overboard with the number of mods I installed. For some reason, the Dark Brotherhood questline is not working for me. At first, everything was fine I killed a beggar and Lachance appeared. After I killed Rufio I slept in the bed as normal, but he did not show up. I was frustrated so I used a console cheat to force Lachance to appear, but he did nothing and I couldn't enter the hideout. Does anyone know which of these mods is to blame here? I would really appreciate the help.

Using console commands to forward a quest can break the game.
Hopefully you have a save from before you did that

My guess is "Better Cities", it tends to add a lot of strange things to the cities, instead of just changing the layout of the city.

All that "Ginger" stuff at the end of your post is error messages from some github svn program.

I cannot use Better Cities for sure as it corrupted my save game when I tried to combine it with MMM
