One thing you need to fix is to shut off OneDrive

OneDrive should NOT be in your path

I see I will change that. Also I figured out the problem mods where colliding behind the scenes marked an exe. file with an x seems to have fixed it

Something else to keep in mind - Vortex is just a mod manager. A pretty good one.

If it installs a mod in the wrong place - come tell us and we can help.

If VR gets a black screen - you are best off asking for help in that technical support forum. We don't really do runtime issues.
