She followed him out of the Vault and was disgusted with the state of the world. She set out to help, at first, but the ungrateful populace finally wore her down. She sought to settle matters as quickly as possible, more inclined to blow the brains out of an antagonist (or the AntAgonist) than seek a diplomatic solution. Initially praised, she ended up demonized by the man she offered the most help to. Her reputation soiled, she wandered the ruins of Downtown D.C. for several weeks, exploring, discovering, and defending herself against hordes of mutants and mercenaries. Battle-scarred, she covers her face and body - and ends up more intimidating in the process. She's all but given up finding her idiotically idealist father, instead putting her own mark on the Wasteland. Okay I guess she kinda has a backstory.
