Castle Volkihar Fast Travel Bug

Hey there, I'm experiencing a new bug with my Skyrim Special Edition, when doing the quest "Awakening" from the Dawnguard DLC, once I reach the boat with Serana to go to Castle Volkihar, I have a loading screen, then another loading screen, and I end up in the boat again.
This also happens when I tried to fast travel directly to the castle (using tmm 1 to unlock the map marker) or when I tried to fast travel to it using console commands (coc dlc1vampirecastleexterior0#).

This bug is a real burden as I can't play through the Dawnguard DLC on my lvl 48 save (took me a long time to get there on legendary modded...)

I don't know, but push-come-shove, you could swim there. I have on multiple occasions. (she doesn't travel with you on the boat anyway)

Editorial comment: You are going to have a hard time ever getting all those mods playing nicely together.

Texture mods are usually fine - but go easy on the script-heavy mods. They conflict.

Vortex plug: Use profiles. Dedicate each profile to a "Theme". Very few "heavy" mods in each.

They can all start from the same level 48 base - if you had a clean one that runs well.

There are 35 esps dedicated to COTN alone (whatever COTN is)

All my mods are working well together and are patched, COTN is Cities of the North and the majority of my gameplay mods are minimalistics changes, I don't think the issue comes from there, I've been looking with XEdits for conflicts : none, I can't find what's causing this bug
