Trouble finding games in folder to manage

So I just downloaded Vortex and I've gotten a few mods as well, but my games will not show up in the folders and I'm unsure where to find the file to manually put it into the manage spot on Vortex. If anyone can lead me in the right direction that would be appreciated.

First off, did you go to the GAMES TAB, and look in the UNMANAGED section for any of the games you have?

They should show up in COLOR in the Unmanaged section, then all you have to do is click MANAGE

Also make sure you've clicked SHOWW HIDDEN, and have you done a SCAN?

What do you mean "My games won't show up in the folders"?

 

First of all, pay attention to what the selection button says, when you manually browse for a game, the selection button says SELECT FOLDER, which is why you can see the EXE, because it only cares about the game FOLDER
