no mod works with vortex

I am trying to install even a mod in Skyrim SE, I have already tried with body models, hair styles and war paints, but nothing works, I already saw 3 tutorials on how to install the vortex, I already made a folder where the mods are installed , I login to vortex, I download the mods from the page directly to vortex, I install the mods, I activate them and nothing works, I deactivate them and I activate them again, but nothing, I uninstall them and reinstall them and still nothing, I changed the installation folder of the mods and still nothing, I downloaded the mods manually and repeated everything above and still nothing, I just enter the game, I go where the mods are and the window says there is no content ... What am I doing wrong?

I already saw that video, it's one of the three tutorials mentioned above, that's why I'm asking here.

Right now, so there are no doubts regarding the number of mods, I am trying to get a single mod to work, on a newly installed Skyrim SE.

I'm on windows 10, AMD 3600 processor, 64 bit architecture, 16GB of RAM and a GTX 970, although I don't think this data helps with the problem, and I'm using the latest version of vortex, installed probably 2 hours ago.

To simplify things, I am trying to run UNP, it is a light mod and visible at first glance, if the textures of the character are different, I want to say that this worked, it is very simple, here you have a screen:

If HARDLINK Deployment is unavailable to you, then you don't have your Mod Staging Folder on the same drive as your game folder.

 

 

There's a MOD option in the main menu of Skyrim SE (Don't open that)

Go to SETTINGS----->INTERFACE

Turn On

Deploy Mods when Enabled

Enable Mods when installed (in current profile)

my mods folder IS in the same drive where I have the game, it is drive D, but when I tried to use HARDLINK Deployment, the software tells me that I do not have a deploy system selected, and I already activated the option "Enable Mods when installed ", that was in one of the tutorials I saw, but the other one had not, I will try, thanks.
