Vortex & Loot - Groups managing

Hi everyone, I have a question about Loot and Vortex.

I noticed that custom metadata's (like custom groups) set in Loot are not carried over Vortex plugin section.

In Vortex plugin section i actually have a Group selection (cannot find the custom ones made in loot here)

Do I have to chose one system or another or can they speak between them?

For example i can set two group in Loot and tell them group 1 run above group 2, but how can I make that with Vortex? it has groups, but not groups managing.

EDIT: There is group management in Vortex so I can stick with it, instead of using standalone loot.

No. Pick one and stick with it. If you decide top use stand alone LOOT, make that you turn off auto-sorting on the Vortex plugins page.
