So, any ideas of how to make is so that speech checks only appear at a certain speech level? (Like, say I want it so that some npc only gives info about their background at a certain speech level. Usually, there is only one dialogue question, but then one asking them about their past appears at player speech level 30)

Exactly as stated. As soon as I go through the load space, the game shows the wait screen, then crashes. Any help? Load order attached.

Do you still have the old mod file? You can try converting it to SSE through the usual way.

Darn, I've got nothing specifically for more Daedric weapons, however you might want to check out Zim's Immersive Artifacts for some slight changes to them, and new thane weapons. Additionally, there are some other artifact quest mods I know of, like "https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/13972" and "https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/14168" (without quotations). Look up on google "Artifact Quest Mods SSE" and you'll probably find something.
