After an hour of narrowing down my current possible conflicting mods, I finally got Windstad Manor to work properly. Unique Region Names was the culprit, disabling it fixed my problem.

Climates of Tamerial and Frostfall are not currently compatable and if your useing the 1.61 Alpha that does not provide nearly the functionality of 1.6b with vanilla weather. Water Is a beast on your FPS becuase the Meshes are 2 to 3 times the size of the originals, not to mention you should not have Water-GetWet.esp in your load order becuase this is included in Frostfall and will cause you issues.

I would not have this actively working its going to sap your FPS and cause texture loading issues unless you downgrade your settings

Your losing FPS here everytime your near these bugs. I no longer even bother with the low res version. Think about it your running around in the open world get into a big fight becuase of this ASIS.esp and your fps goes down to slide show and bam CTD not worth it.

Your likely haveing severe drops in FPS in these areas I'd cut all of these before lowering my graphics settings

No surpise to me that your toon was wearing this animated armor in Whiterun and you were experiencing texture loading issues

I know it says on the front page NO FPS LOSS but the guy that made this file isnt looking at what you have loaded into your game. Your taking a hit here.
If you have ENB on top of this your taking another big FPS hit

I've never seen this work as intended by the mod author, could just be becuase I'm using ASIS which redirects how all NPC AI works...This probably should not be in your load order unless you hand write in the behavoirs for townspeople AI into the ASIS config files yourself

No idea what this is but I read effects and this is why you have to reduce your graphics
Also your on a labtop computer so what this means is that your computer is robbing your processor of power to show you eyecandy...Which means less power to run papyrus and end result crash. You need to get a program to test your FPS at baseline to help with your mod use decisions.

Off the top of my head I believe the packaged texture files are larger than 1024
You can use a texture optimizer to reduce the textures to your desired size here.
Also most of your Weapon and Armor mods that you've downloaded are going to have textures that are not optimized and are most certainly going to have textures that are 2064 rather than Bethsada's 512 thats a huge increase in size and is very demanding on your computer if you had to reduce graphics to see these creations at all than your already not getting the full enjoyment of the game download this http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/12801
Reduce your entire texture folder and all BSA's to 1024 or even butcher them down to 512
You need to get your game running at around 50 FPS for stability and to make it an enjoyable experience.

Just a quick update: I fixed the problem by downgrading some graphic enhancement mods (Skyrim Flora Overhaul and Water mod) from HQ to low to mid range. The textures now render properly and I no longer experience the visual glitch at Understone keep.

Any ideas what is causing them? Also I've noticed that some textures flickers and takes up to 2-3 seconds to render properly after fast travelling, is this normal? I'm not using any modded or DLC texture packs. Exiting and restarting the game solves the problem but after roughly 30 minutes of gaming it started happening again.

I think it's just a lighting thing. Her eyes tend to change. She also takes her hood off when she's in door, which I thought was an extremely cool simple script they added. Are you using any ENB or lighting mods?
I don't know why it's off putting. There are literally people in the real world whose eyes can change color slightly. But then I never really understand the little things people say are "immersion breaking" anyways, so I guess I don't really expect to know.
I don't think it's a lighting thing. The textures are completely different.

I've just gotten Dawnguard and am having a blast playing through the vampire questline. The first thing I noticed after getting the DLC is that my vampire character (Imperial Male) already had glowing eyes like Lord Harkon's even before being bitten by him. When Serana was first introduced, her eyes did not have the orange glow but just an orange iris with dark pupil. It's not particularly game breaking, but it just felt kinda off putting for me.

I have an issue with the shield... every time I dont wear it, my character seems to be WALKING on it, the shield texture lies under my characters foot...
Are you using DSpSoB - Dual Sheath plus Shields on Back Mod? If it's a yes, then check out the mod description to fix the problem.

Has anyone else experience this? Whenever my character withdraws an arrow, it floats for a second or two before completely disappearing. If I recall correctly, it should disappear instantly whenever you withdraw an arrow rather than the animation that I'm experiencing currently. I've tried disabling all of my mods but the animation remains the same. Any sort of help or comment is much appreciated. Here's my current mod list:

Title says it all. I believe there is already a loot/check corpse animation done by NPC in the vanilla game. It'll be nice if this could be implemented to the player character for immersion purposes. Here's my idea, set the animation to play for 2-3 seconds after pressing loot corpse before the item screen shows up. When looting the character is still vulnerable. It makes the game more challenging as well since it prevents you from instantly looting a corpse during battle.

Incredibly talented digital painter who made the female "Starcraft Terran Medic".
Yes, I attempted something similar but the details were too overwhelming. I think it's not 100% painted, he may have used a rendering program to create part of her suit. I'm not entirely sure though, one thing's for sure he's amazingly talented.

There's not many female characters in marine suits, so I decided to create one myself. Reference was used for her suit.
Roughly 70% done, a couple of more hours work and it should be done.

Your digital paintings looks fantastic. The cheeks on your second portrait look almost a bit too chubby in some parts, but it looks great regardless.
Why the change of focus from GFX to digital painting? Did you find GFX boring and want to move on to this emerging style of art? Or do you simply want to expand your horizons a bit?
I've considered attempting to do something like this, but I don't have a tablet, time or artistic talent. I'm looking forward to whatever stuff you decide to pump out next as you grace the Nexus with more great art. ;)
Thank you for the comment. Gonna fix the chin after my finals. Not really boring, it's just very limited. To be honest GFX is just too "small" for me to enjoy, it's just something quick and fun to do. I really wanted to create something of my own and work on serious art, thus moving on to large art and digital painting.

Is the holstered position that high by default? It looks kinda awkward to me. Is it possible to lower it to the middle and not be at shoulder height?

Adds more realism to the game. Running for a long amount of time causes fatigue, in this case running drains AP, let's say after running after 30 seconds. Endurance and carrying weight determines stamina ( amount of time before AP starts being drained). I know there's already a sprinting mod, but it would be nice if it's implemented into vanilla running without the speed boost.

By holding down the pip boy screen activation button for a few seconds (Tab by default).

Don't ever center your focal, use the "Rule Of Thirds". You can reduce negative space by using a smaller canvas.
By the way, I think this should be in the "Druid's Garden subforum".

Need your help guys. My character just faded partially, only facial hair and eyes are visible after battling some drauger deathlords while having active lightning cloak and spell absorbtion. Whenever I activate any spells that alters the shader effect on my character would reappear then fade back after the effects are gone. (Any sort of cloak spell; I have wet and cold mod installed as well, going out into the snow/swimming, etc...)
Been searching for hours for a solution, I've tried ethereal shout, setting alpha, dispelallspells, changing into werewolf/vampire lord form but with no avail.
