  1. You will need to unpack the textures from the texture BSA in order to access them. First, download this: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/4804/? Then run it, hit "open" in the lower left corner, and find the "Skyrim - Textures" BSA in the data folder. You can extract the whole thing if you have room for it, or you can go through and find the texture for the moon. I don't know what exactly it is called or where it is, but if you search online you may be able to see what it is called. That would save you a lot of time trying to find it. If you extract everything, you can just open up the folder in Windows Explorer and search "Masser" or "moon" or other related terms until you find it.
  2. I just looked, and it only includes conversions of a fer armors, mostly ones with a bare chest. Since Better Males has open permissions, I will probably make my own version of the body along with conversions at some point.
  3. That could depend on the player's setup of adult NPCs, I think. Perhaps the way they've modded their character and other adults to be less like the vanilla style could mean RS Children kids look aesthetically closer to them. Personally, I'd like to stick to RS Children too because I'm partial to its cute kids. This probably means I'll have to learn how to patch other mods with it though. Are you guys thinking of changing the weights of the kids ingame for diversity too? I have both the child body and clothes assets made to support different weights, but forgot to edit the child NPCs to actually have different weights. It will be included in the next version, whenever I publish it.
  4. They don't look like they belong in the same world as the adults. They look stylized. They also have the default child bodies, which are blocky, and they don't have any weight slider support.
  5. I kind of thought this was already the case. Skeletons seem to take a lot more damage from arrows and blunt attacks than from blades. Maybe it just seems like that to me - I rarely actually use melee. However, weapons are assigned a type, and I think it would be possible to add scripts to weapons of each type to give them increased or decreased damage against different enemies. It may not even require a script. I don't know much about the Creation Kit, so I can't do it, but I would love to see this mod created.
  6. I suck at NifSkope, but I don't think it can do what you are wanting. I could be wrong, as, like I said, I suck with the program and probably am unaware of 90% of its capabilities. I suggest using Blender, though. Follow this to install: You should be able to find plenty of guides for actually using Blender online, but if you need any help, let me know. I'm fairly new to it myself, but I will help you as well as I can.
  7. I use Sundracon, but I can get the original male meshes from the bsa to use for conversions. Better Males actually comes with a full set of converted armors that are not skimpy, though, just so you know. I can definitely make it for both vanilla and UNP, but you'll have to place the files yourself, as I have no idea what setup you are using to have a separate body for your PC. I can probably pretty easily separate the tank top for you if you want it for personal use, but I'll probably end up using a vanilla outfit to make a long-sleeve shirt. Anyway, sorry about the confusion. I have enough information to get started now, so I should be uploading something within a couple of days.
  8. The first page of google results for "medieval women's fashion" disagrees. If you want skimpy clothes for women, that's your preference. Just don't claim you're giving women exposing clothes to be historically accurate. I'm honestly not trying to annoy you, but I have a slight problem with people making their females wear skimpy clothes, especially when they defend doing so with an incorrect argument. I will not comment here again, as I do not want to antagonize you with my opinion. I will, however, point you to some sites where you can learn more about the facts. Here are some links: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_medieval_clothing#Female_dress https://www.citelighter.com/film-media/fashion/knowledgecards/womens-fashions-of-the-medieval-era http://www.lordsandladies.org/medieval-womens-clothing.htm
  9. Actually, here's the version with the textures and models changed to make the mod 'appropriate': http://www.mediafire.com/download/okyajhvg14a2oku/Data.7z I probably won't re-release it on Nexus until I add elf and beast children.
  10. So...you want the tank top from that mod? I thought you wanted a long-sleeve shirt... I can make it so that you wear the shirt and whatever underwear are attached to the body at the same time, but I have to make sure I know exactly what body you are using to prevent clipping. You use just the normal UNP (not slim or Blessed or anything else)? What male body do you use? I highly suggest getting Better Males if you don't already have it. I personally can't live without it now just because of the feet. There is a SFW version, and I also plan to do a huge body overhaul at some point that will make use of its assets, since they are free to use.
  11. You think that women of that time walked around in a shirt and underwear? If I remember correctly, people of that period were actually quite conservatively dressed.
  12. It's pretty much just a zoomed in version of the first one. I play Inquisition. If you just tell us what armors you like or link us to screenshots, we will have a much better idea of what you want.
  13. Modders can't use their lines because that would be ripping Bioware's content, but they could make people who look like Inquisition characters. Cassandra, Cole, Sera, Vivienne, Cullen, Josephine, and Leliana could be created with vanilla assets. Solas could be made using a bald mod. Dorian and Blackwall may require custom facial hair. The Iron Bull would require a new race, which would use a new body and would require all armors to be converted for them to look right. It would be possible to add horns with the Equipable Horns mod, but they wouldn't look like the ones he has in Inquisition. He could use an orc nose. I think there are some eyepatch mods, too. Varric would require a new race with a new body with armor conversions for all armors to make them look right.
  14. Hue and saturation will change the color, but not the texture or shine. I'm currently looking at some stock images to see what I can come up with.
  15. You're kidding, right? There's a freakin' animated prostitution mod on Nexus. I don't think they mind slutty looking girls with watermelons for breast implants. Your knowledge of changing armor slots will actually probably be helpful here, as we will need to make the shirt use a different slot than normal armor. Before I start modelling, I need to ask...do you want JUST a shirt...meaning no underwear? Or did you want underwear? ...or did you want shorts? ...or long pants?
  16. Yeah. With that picture, we'd might as well be trying to make an armor based on an 8-bit sprite.

  18. If I make a model and textures, can you use them to make the mod from the equippable bodysuit mod you are using? I don't know much about the Creation Kit, but I think I could make the assets by cannibalizing vanilla assets. If you can, just reply here or PM me and tell me your preferred styles.
  19. It sounds like maybe the modeller didn't merge the vertices. You may have to use something like Blender to fix it. I don't know why it would look right in Outfit Studio, though.
  20. Have you run the Dual Sheath reproccer since you changed what mods you use? Seems like the most likely explanation to me.
  21. I don't see anything from Inquisition, but there is quite a bit from Origins and 2: Weapons: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19263/? 22. That mod has been absorbed by Immersive Armors. I don't know if the meshes are changed, but you should check.
  23. So use Better Males and CBBE with Fair Skin for all characters. Can your computer not handle it?
  24. I'm a negative person. I therefore apologize for the next paragraph. I will, however, attempt to be constructive. People in Skyrim don't get married for romance. They get married for companionship and necessity. It would therefore be unlikely that a person who is "desperate for love" would exist in such a society. If there was someone who was desperate for love, he could probably find a perfectly normal, living wife, as simply doing someone a favor makes them willing to get married. If he couldn't find a living person, it would be much easier for him to find a body in one of the crypts in the cities, as few people actually venture far from the civilized parts of Skyrim. There is no evidence that draugr are actually intelligent, and the only language that they seem to speak is that of the dovah. Unfortunately, the dragonborn is ironically not able to understand this language, and would therefore be unable to converse with the draugr at all. As far as I know, draugr don't ever use poison, and may not know how to make it or use it. If she was somehow able to understand that you are dragonborn, she would almost definitely kill you, as draugr were mostly dragon worshippers. Draugr are from the time that Nordic ruins were built, so the only structures that could have been her home would be ruins, most of which are underground. She would not have been a student of any dragonborn, as draugr and dragonborn are on opposite sides of the dragon-mortal war. I'm sorry, but I'm a perfectionist and a lore freak, and I just thought I would give some criticism on what I think you should change. Here are some ideas to consider: Maybe rather than looking for love, the necromancer is a researcher trying to learn about draugr. Considering his area of study, he would likely know some of the dovah language and maybe have some books about it. He either reanimates a draugr or simply wakes one up by accident (like the first time you went into a nordic ruin and didn't know you should be sneaking). Maybe she kills him and learns from a book he had, or maybe he speaks in the dragon tongue and convinces her to not kill him and then teaches her the language used in modern Tamriel. Either way, she learns the modern language, and is therefore able to understand the dragonborn. She could then be surprised about there being a dragonborn(though I think dragonborn were actually not uncommon in the ancient times draugr are from). For some reason, she doesn't try to kill you and actually befriends you, despite your conflicting beliefs(can't think of a reason right now). She could maybe allow you to peacefully go through the rest of the dungeon because of her acceptance by other draugr. Once you get outside, she starts to tell you more about how she knows your language. She gives you a book that belonged to the necromancer that you can learn from(whatever that constitutes). You can use the dungeon you found her in as a player home, with the friendly draugr acting as stewards or something.
  25. I'm fairly new to this stuff, so I could be wrong, but can't you just disable vertex colors and change the textures to be transparent and the right color? If it is possible to open it in Blender in the first place, you could redo the UV map to be more to your liking.
