  1. In that case, I'll then consider that the attachment points are good enough and start exporting the animations.
  2. Great! I learnt a few things about 3ds max and how NWN2 deals with animated objects, so I probably will be able to solve the few issues I had when I put this project on hold. I'll finish the dragons and the kenkus first, so I don't have too many unfinished projects on.
  3. Here's the version with attachment points added: There's something weird however: either the weapons are wielded by the tip of the fingers, or directly through the wrist. Moving the ap_hand_right slightly up or down doesn't change anything: it's like the position is rounded to the nearest integer. First time I see this...
  4. I downloaded Ryuujin's files. I confirm they can be converted, but I'll finish the dragons first (only parry and dodge animations missing, it should be a matter of days). Normal texture added, idle animation done: Since kenkus are basically wingless aarakocras, I used the second model to make aarakocras: The wings are optional though, so it's quite easy to have another set of kenkus: Exporting the animations though time consuming is not difficult. But before doing that, I need to add the various NWN2 attachment points (for shields, weapons, eye effects, etc...). So the kenkus and aarakocras will be ported to NWN2, but it's unlikely to take place before a few weeks.
  5. Nice idea! That's not what I had in mind though.

  7. The Kenku is an unplanned addition which you can get here or there. I also released IADCFT's cyclops. Check it out here or there.
  8. The harpies are finally released! Grab them here or there.
  9. Sorry for keeping you waiting. I'm now back, and obviously the harpy is moving to #1 priority! I won't finish it this week, but I'll do what I can to have it complete by mid-November. Model and animations complete! I'll now test it in game and see how it works (especially the song/charm part before going melee with talons or club).
  10. Hi Sabranic, you might be interested in knowing there was a faulty animation in the Vrock/Hook horror animations. Grab the fixed one here.
  11. Don't panic, I'm still around! I just need to find time to finish all this. Cyclops and dragons are 95% done (just a few animations to fine tune). For the Harpy and the Cockatrice, it's the mesh that needs some more work. For those, I'd say I'm 75% done. I decided not to forecast any release dates, as I haven't been able to meet one lately! But I didn't forget, I even worked on the dragons last week.
  12. Actually, I think you have to make a reference in Appearance.2DA to footstepsounds.2da (in the column footsteptype in appearance.2da, put the line number [from 0 to 11 in the original footstepsounds.2da] from where to get the name of the .wav file to play.
  13. Je suis volontaire, mais quelle est la date limite ?

  15. Yep, the "line" number is just for human readers. The game just reads each 2da line in sequence, and recalculates (I'm not even sure it does it) the index number.
  16. If you need help, or have too much to do and would like to share some of the work, I'd be happy to make a few placeables.
  17. You're right, I guess I was lazy on the illumination map. I'll correct it before releasing the package.
  18. The player just steps in. The roof fades for camera purposes. Here are a few screenshots from a test module: In front of the door... Now inside the house, view from outside. Still inside the house, looking through the windows. View from above, notice how the roof faded. What? A dragon here?
  19. I needed some farms for a campaign I'm working on (sort of...), so here are the placeables (original model by Baychaser, at tf3dm.com). As usual, not released because some adjustements still need to be done.
  20. With the closing down of the Bioware forums, the progress of the creatures I was working on has not been updated for a long time. So here's a quick summary of the current WIP: octopus: fully rigged, textured, idle and walk (or rather swim) animations done. All other animations still need to be done.cyclops (thanks for IAmDeathComeForThee for sharing the model): fully rigged and animated, all textures (thanks for Semper and Tchos for the advice on the specular map) done. Not yet released because of some vertices still needing to be better weighted. medusa: still trying to see if the head can be considered an animated weapon (that way I won't have to do all the animations and be able to reuse the P_HHF set).dragons: the NWN series is fully ported. I didn't like the walk on two legs for a dragon, so made a variant walking on four legs (as is the case in NWN2 by the way). I also made a third set with a better texture and a more detailed mesh. For this third pack, the dodge and parry animations are still missing (hence the non-release of my version of the dragons, which by the way also includes a skeleton dragon - both as a creature and a placeable - and the set of heads: blue, black, red, green, white, brass, silver, copper, gold, bronze, prismatic). I also included the dragon faerie for the wyrmlings. golems: flesh golem and demon golem are half done (contrary to the dragons though, the golems have been released one by one, when ready, so you can already get the bone golem, adamantine golem, mithral golem.cockatrice: just the mesh is done...green slaad: fully rigged and textured, idle animation. Same status as the octopus: apart from "Idle", all animations are missing.mounted characters (riders on horses): same status as the octopus and the green slaad.
  21. I know it's been a while, but just in case, I fixed the issue with the Balor whip not working in game, and added a version for creature able to wield exotic weapons: Balor whip (or here) Whip (or here)
  22. Maybe you've got a copy of quickfeet.uti in your override?
  23. I see there's one cockatrice in NWN, so it can be quickly added to the bestiary:
