Monster Respawns? I really and passionately hope not
midtek replied to CaptainChaos's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Respawns are adjustable options for each creature & area via mods. You can alter spawn & respawn list or create new dynamic spawn lists freely as much as you want. You can also set the respawn delay time for personal taste. If you don’t like it at all, it’s easy to turn off major respawn spots so such no big deal after all. -
Hell, I can't play Skyrim this year and you guys are killing me. >:(

What is Your dovakiin's Background
midtek replied to TheMysteriousTraveler's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
My Dovakiin was born in Dovakriipton only before the place got destroyed and being sent to Skyrim the land of Tamriel. A nice married Khajiits found him and raised well in a small village until he hit the eleven; the day he showed an inhuman abillity of Voice or Shouting whatever. He tried to hide it but help people using it at the same time under cover for many years. Then he finally got caught by an intellectual group of Lexius Lutehor's Imperial Legion and being sent to a jail. That's the end of the story, but the game just has begun. -
Why not say WME is a stolen from WMK like as Obsidian stole the weapon mods from WMK? If this case was about that kind of thingie, this couldn't even get into under review, and I even do not call it a 'imitation'. So as this accusation will be set into false case if get turned out as was just taking 'inspiration' or 'reference' around landscape from the mod which is actually the case I hope. (so as I can put it to my playlist gladly again) It is not just about credits between modders and modders, thats what I was trying to say in previous. And than, RainmanFTW is right. I'm waiting for the result.

Sun Valley is not a 'work'. It's W.I.P that has been updated for 6 months and just got started to adding quests, slow progress, but still he is on it. It's not hard to imagine he got literally mad when he found his daughter-like 6 monthed project got stollen and displayed like stuffing on Hot files, people praising of 'their beautiful work' on the the landscape but no single cite on his name mentioned or admitted. So he accused without warning; quite understandable I guess. But in other words, I simply cannot believe that someone stole 6 monthed project at the same site and made excuses to the end just like as stated. It's too unreal to be true, or at least too cheap to be true. I would rather wait for full investigation to be reported before nagging anything around it. So yeah, it's not about modders' fairness. It's about accusation against serious robbery that cannot be torlerated in any kind of society.

I like turtles, and cats.

Really dig that armor. Anyone know what it is? iron armor maybe  Supposed by the shoulder pads, I think it's Orcish armor.

Where's Boone gone?!?!
midtek replied to Deathraker's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
Face it. He has run off with your gun. (rofl x3 ) To catch him back, 1) switch to 3rd person camera, 2) open console (~), 3) click your character. ' player name (00000014) will appear. 4) type ' placeatme 00092bd2 ' and hit Enter. 5) You just caught him, if you followed the instruction correctly. -
Overhauls or individual mods?
midtek replied to firsTraveler's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
Big overhauls are great only if you are able to handle FNVEdit in my experience. Even the most compatible overhaul like Project Nevada usually have conflicts with other mods which can be fixed by FNVEdit by personal in some minutes. I use very complicated set with my personal patch that adjust & fix them all in handful size of 200kb. The game is fun than ever without a single crash. If not capable of it, Project Neveda Core Module isonly a big overhaul I recommend. Or maybe my DLC OWB balancing patch, but hell, I will cut my BS. -
Yah-iiii! Dummer ninja assault! I like the morrowind approach.

What Companion Would You Like?
midtek replied to rjhelms84's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-KoWilhQAXNU/TjdbUqZFOgI/AAAAAAAAADQ/TcENolXy_DM/s320/junkdog.jpg I died when I saw this from the blog. With some personification touch, I will die twice for having him as a companion. -
Bethesda sues Notch over the use of the word "Scrolls"
midtek replied to yoba333's topic in Site Updates
It won't work, like EDGE games never did. Neither no comments from Zenimax or Bethesda still, I just brought my popcorn and sitting and watching for the result. This is even more hilarious than the horse saddle thingy. -
What Companion Would You Like?
midtek replied to rjhelms84's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
Talkative robot dog would be cool. It suits with the junkyard surroundings and since excellent model is awaiting already, little more decorating with ornaments related to its background will make it more a person than its cognates. It may be upgradable by completing quests, from visual achivements like trophies taken from antagonist factions, to upgrade parts scraped from the junkyard, or spray painting directed from the faction you aided such as joker painting on its face. Interactions with Boulder Dome is more important than how the character attracts or background supported I think. If hanging around with the place was fun and the companion put his part fun and intense, he will be a buddy even after completing the line. -
Crash when I mouseover Riot Shotgun
midtek replied to Excaliburp's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
The easiest way to diagnose is to download FNVedit and compare the listed lines of Weapon Mods section in Riot Shotgun sheet. The right end sheet is final data get applied into the game. If its Weapon Mods section is blank or switched from WMX modkits you were using, that's the one causing the problem (likely to be shown as red). Than well, fix is relatively easy that you can do in 3 mins; without all the heck of reinstalling and uninstalling method that will corrupt your savegame in the end. -
Crash when I mouseover Riot Shotgun
midtek replied to Excaliburp's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
Gribbleshnibit8 is correct. If your weapon is already modded by custom weapon modkit, and the modkit data on the weapon sheet is switched, mouseovering on the weapon in game will always lead to instant CTD. It's a fact. -
Its quite embarrassing to ask such a noob thing, but such a simple task doesnt turn out well somehow. First thing frist, let me say Im using correct GECK version and GECK powerup, and all the script edited run fine except this thing: [before edited ] Player.Additem AmmoSmallEnergyCell 50; Player.Additem AmmoMicroFusionCell 50; Player.Additem ScrapElectronics 5; [after] Player.Additem AmmoSmallEnergyCell 10; Player.Additem AmmoMicroFusionCell 10; Player.Additem ScrapElectronics 1; Sounds dumbass isnt it? Other changes in itemcount either in the same script or not work flawlessly, but only this change doesnt show up in in-game. It's a part of Muggy script of OWB, the ID is NVDLC03SinkMuggySCRIPT. If anyone give it a try and see it works in the game, it will be grateful. Thanks.

I don’t think it’s a Steam problem. Do people who pirate FNV buy other softwares which are not steam related? As far as I know, they are likely to pirate anything including games, movies, music, comics, everything they can get in the internet. FNV case is just easy to catch, that’s all. The reason is god-instinct. It takes like 3 mins to pop up the full list of released downloadable softwares and take 1~2 hours to download 3 things at a time *while watching TV*. It doesn’t even need to unwrap packages; few clicks than all is ready to set up. It feels like picking up a coin on the street, so they never feel it as guilt. Above all, it’s a free wasteland! *They even tease others who bought a game as Fanboys of that game.* That’s what I have seen in the community I livin since the internet has propagated so fast; so rapidly that moral couldn’t catch up a right moment and still.

Aliens vs Terminator vs Fallout
midtek replied to djmystro's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
Cool! Enjoyed FO3 'Alien as Mirelurk' a lot. Here are some related GIFs I fooled around a year ago. http://i820.photobucket.com/albums/zz123/alaskaonfire/Eugene.gif http://i820.photobucket.com/albums/zz123/alaskaonfire/burna.gif Facing aliens inside sewers is exciting as hell. I'll keep tracking on this project. Cheers! -
They might draw a picture showing a middle-age village which feels much living & swinging when you pass by, or the future image of Washington DC that has been torn down after nuclear war but the civilization still goes respectively in its way. Each sequel has been set in different moods and locations; places and impressions you encounter are their best main focus. Having a toe-toe with in-game characters or flirting-and-have-a-sex companions which has been a firm trend of other adventuring rpg seems not hass affected Beth at all. So I guess No, it won’t be happened. But choices are always opened.

The game itself is worth every penny. But Nexus, well it depends on how many decent modders are actually looking on. If they are in, me humble tenant suck it in.

I think it's Lings. It has been popular since Fo3 and more endorsed and plus; major overhaul mods such as FOOK and long gone BoE support Ling compatibility instead of Mikoto.

Question about Japan in Fallout lore for a mod
midtek replied to Deleted2039153User's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Discussion
As far as I know, NOPE, never been mentioned in canon lore. We can picture Asian countries were occupied by either China or U.S.S.R before Great War. I've seen some mods depicted Japanese gears more like to Japanese Empire refer to World War II. All is free and up to fanon, until something get officially set up. :ninja:
