Seems most mod request end up getting flooded and lost. Most of the popular request are for already created mods that need to be converted..BUT i also am a fan of spawn and would also like to see a disguise for it..maybe even a working chains attack... the only thing that would be really hard is getting the giant cape animation to fit well. They already added a batman armor with cape..but again it's a converted mod. It's sad but most original ideas have to be mind blowing for any attention to come their way.

Why do people bother to mess with energy weapons? Why is the brotherhood of steel hooked on energy tech? Simply put?...you can turn people into goo...

The only really annoying glitch i've had is sometimes when i enter VATS it hangs up on me for about four or five seconds before picking targets.. I had a similar issue in FO3 but it was due to an inferior laptop. Now i own a souped up M15x so i know it's not the graphics.

Well ..think about it. They spend so much time making a game that offers absolute freedom and various ways to take over the wasteland but it all boils down to a good ending that puts everything in it's place and your stuck with a credit roll that redirects you to the main menu. To me it seems a waste..and anyone who has been a fan of the previous fallout game would have expected a continuation especially after seeing bethesda make a DLC just to add gameplay after beating fallout 3. This game has so many quest and areas to explore that unless you are a hardcore fanatic,have absolutly no chance at finding in one playthrough. You can still have a good narrative ending without actually ending the gameplay.

For roleplay purposes i'd like to see a predator race mod again. It seems to show up in every game the nexus has to offer so i am sure it'll appear one day. For companion flexibility I'd like to see the share and care companion mod come back to. You can recruit pretty much anything you can talk to and set essentials/infinite ammo etc to keep the companions in tippy top. If someone can convert the meshes/textures used for mothership zeta that would help to. Kinda hard to play a predator when you can't retreat to your awesome alien ship for a quick bathroom break.

Way i see it,anyone not Rping is losing out. Imagination can make a game so much more interesting. My first start out, The character i created continued the role of my FO3 character. Since i'm into modding the game,i also tweaked the wasteland a bit so it would resemble my characters achievements and reputation. I also added a storyline with small quest. It just really gets to me that i can't continue to play after i beat the game!!.. ( i just beat the game for the first time about a half hour ago)...OH!..but how there is so much more modding to do...

I'd probally hook up with the brotherhood of steel..but not the DC detachment. I'd sign up with the steel located in the west. Lyons may be doing a noble deed by helping DC..but it's also treason IF they are still based on an american government system..and when he has to answer for his actions..so will his officers..and i don't want to get hanged anytime soon. i have my own custom faction to..but since we are talking about a possible reality..there is no way i'd be able to organize something like that. Better off joining instead of creating an entire different faction.

One reason is because it's a great base game to mod from. Most likely more than half of the community has either created or downloaded mods for this game. It's graphically insane amazing which adds more to the custom mod eye-candy. On the opposite end though, it's an epic mark in gaming history as a vanilla game alone. I like the "getting lost" aspect of it to. A big wasteland to explore at will..be good or evil..with actuall good or evil outcomes that effect the entire game.. the character dialouge is sarcastic (like me) and funny as hell. the evil dialouge choices are clever ( i medically healed a guy in bigtown..bringing him out of a comatose state..only to say "I just wanted you to see the guy who's going to kill you",lol)

He could be ex enclave. Honestly for some reason i figured he was a programmed commonwealth android.. I dunno why..He was definitly more smooth and calm than anyone else i had run across in the waste,including enclave. However..regardless of his origns and/or training.. I ghosted him in 3 seconds with a half broken pistol..and i'm a luxury raised vault kid..

Until recently i've only been able to mod in light enviroments due to an ancient computer. Now i've upgraded to a M15x and can play anything i put on it smoothly..so now i'm modding the hell out of the wasteland worldspace..I bought the DLC pack and figured i'd add my own mothership to one of the outpost i set up..problem is the model doesn't show up in the geck for me. There are two diff models and both show up as nothing in the preview menu. Also when i place them down I get nothing. I was wondering how to fix this or if i can get someone to confirm it might be the new fx card i have . I've heard something about how new cards sometimes don't mingle well with older games. Any advice appreciated. (Btw if you've read this far..or you skipped to the end because you like spoilers..you have no choice but to give me a logical explanation) ..(lol) EDIT: After some research i figured it out,the models i was looking at were actually animated scenes for the last battle. The actual ship exterior is made of kit parts which depresses me but at least i found it..with 9 views and not one reply (also depressing) i figured these people didn't know what to do,now we all do.

Only major thing i hope they change are the face and body looks.. first time i played through the character creation i couldn't beleive how ugly the human race looked.. They even made the females look like guys. I've fixed most of my issues with face textures and body replacers.. i am hoping i don't have to worry about that in tes5.. I also hope they rework the leveling system.. Sure.. it was original..but it was original because no one else was stupid enough to try it..flyable mounts..better animations for hurt actors..(if i take your knee with an arrow, i don't want you running after me like an olympic champion)

I've never tried messing with essential code through the command line but you can set it through the construction kit. it's a bit out of the way but that's the only way i'm familiar with. Also,after you kill her you will be trapped in her tomb (kinky) but you can get out easy by using a COC command or clicking on another quest and then using the movetoqt command. just note that movetoqt can be kinda buggy sometimes and you might end up in between a door or a wall. If you end up between a wall or door in the worldspace though,you can just click on the map and fast travel.

From my own searches,we only have a few banner resource mods. I'd like to expand on the banners. Specifically, i'd like someone to make an oblivion symbol banner. The same symbol found on the oblivion doors. I have a custom oblivion worldspace and could use something like this to decorate the exterior and interiors of my castle.

In real life i'm ex-military and current law enforcer. Ingame i am a merciless killer bent on converting the world into my own realm..much like dagon..matter of fact (roleplay wise,because imagination makes the world go round..in your face gravity) My character saved the empire from oblivion JUST so he could get dagon out of the way..so he could take over..like that old outplayed cheesy saying "keep your friends close,keep your enemies closer" In order to convert the empire,i gained their trust by saving them..now they are all doomed to eternal slavery...Cause i'm evil and evil demands a giant statue with my name on it..

I only have shivering isles to. I heard about a few expansions,(orrey and frostcrag) but i am not familar with either enough to buy them. I think frostcrag is a player home designed for magic users. I know there are others but i haven't had any luck finding anything sides knights of the nine DLC. If anyone knows a link to a wiki or something that gives info on all the extra expansions that would help.

It's directly underneath the "characters" menu tab. they key is actually designed after a simple grid.

Example of controlling oblivion with the mind- *equips armor and auto hotkeys spells with one thought* GUY: This is so awesome! I just made it to the end of the game without saving once or touching the freaking keyboard!!.. knowing my luck though.. the electricity will go off.. the game will freeze or ..*game resets*...or...?.....NOOOOO!!!! no!! god no!!! it's.. it's ok!.. i have a few autosaves...*searches saves (with the mind)*..level two!??..two!?...i-i'll get throuugh this... if i can beat the game with my mind in 3 hours.. i can do it ag..*gamesave is deleted*.... WHAT THE HELL!??? i wasn't even thinki-*game exits* AHHHH!!! GOD!! I QUIT!!! I QUIT!!!!

I recently came back from the future with my brand new Playstation Nine and i gotta say.besides the online lag it's pretty cool...No more standing it on its side (like that actually worked anyways)..now it floats..and just yesterday while i was plugging in one of my controllers, i accidentlly sent my PS9 into the past..yup.. it said something about preventing the destruction of skynet and hunting down john connor.. or something like that..anyways..yup..technology rules...i knew i shoulda bought that z-box 180
