I totaly agree with you Priest. Many mod users take things for granted and resquest a clients service and allow themselves to be bitter with the author like if they had a problem with a game they bought. Except that if the price of the games allows them to be angry and unpolite (is that an excuse ?) in mods, they forget that they have no rights on those files since its free. So I'm for not keeping this negative endorsement system, although not used. Yet there should be a way for a mod users to gather informations on it : is it buggy, is it always supported, is it reliable etc.

Can somebody help me with load order?

Why do you have a Kvatch Rebuilt - FCOM compatibility although you don't use FCOM ??? If so, that esp will look for his master, the FCOM files, and if he doesn't find it, it will crash at the loading screen when the game is launched. And I have myself a esm OOO, it is weird you don't have one. And you should more files named OOO something. Yet I use the LITE version so I am not sure. Didi you correctly install OOO ? -

If it is a early crash that mostly means there is a a mod thats works without a missing file. Sheck if you have ticked all your master file. If you use Bash Patch from Wrye Bash beware there isn't a mod ticked in the Patch who's master is no longer active in the load order. And yes this is weird that you have Kvatch Rebuild OOO compatibility without ANY (apparently) OOO files... If you have OOO installed, even the LITE version you should have an OOO esm indeed. Try unticking Kvatch Rebuil OOO compatibility. -
Hi you need all the files from Dragon Captions Cyrodiil upgrade ressource pack. There is an OMOD format with all in one, here it is : DCRP It is called Dragon Captions Ressource Pack but it is basicaly the same as Cyrodiil Upgrade Ressource Pack and is necessary to play the Elder Council. You must have COBL too installed which is a mod (google it). Finally be sure to use this version of the Elder Council which I provide the link here : The Elder Council Dragon Caption Hope it helped

If you don't build on that foundation, it will simply deteriorate. And as I've said time and time again, there are lots of interesting and worthwhile ways high-school–level students can build on their grammatical knowledge. If you think grammar is just about verb tenses and whether commas go inside or outside parentheses, that's because your teachers just chose to leave that thread hanging. (Did you notice how I masterfully switched from one stupid extended metaphor to another? Grammar!) The school system is different in France, but we have the same problem : spelling, grammar, teached with old methods are inconsciously considered fascist and old fashioned. I believe in the hard way : learning by heart. Forcing students to learn by heart there grammar rules first all reduces inequality. It gives a chance to the not very smart student to succeed, by hard work, and obliges the little genius to put his face in the mud of work. Moreover, learning by heart leads to an instinctfull knowledge, and not a cold, objective knowledge of the language, as one would think. It settles in your heart, and you will write as you breath. In France, spelling has become a big problem. In a lot of firms, employers are paying junior high schools teachers to learn to 20-40 years old well diplomed employees to speak and write the language correctly. This is directly related to an ideoligical state of mind that thought that grammar was an invention of the dominant elite to select and close their clan to the outsider. I believe in rules. I also believe in breaking the rules. To break a rule, you have to know it by heart. You see, Rimbaud was a revolution of liberty and heroism in the poetry forms and language. Yet, Rimbaud, at the age 14, was the 1st Price of the "Concours general the vers latins", which is a prestigious latin poetry contest. The guy wrote latin fluently, in alexandrins... at the age of 14. Unconcievable today. If learning latin and the mother-language in old ways, can give us other Rimbauds, then I will do anything to come back to it. Win

Since you are using popular mods, most, if to all of them should be taking in charge BOSS with the latest master list updated. BOSS is a software that automatically sortens your mods in a good order. Here is the download link : BOSS However, most of the time you will have to make some adjustments yourself. Here is load order guide : Mod load Guidelines Hope it helped. -
Did you read Deadly Reflex description ? Its all in the descirption on tesnexus downloading site. Some features you won't be able to get right away, you will hall to level in your skills. And some you will be more likely to suceed as you get better in combat. And normaly when you start the game, you get Deadly Reflex settings that makes you set the key for shield bashing etc. I'm note sure you read anything on the site so look it out first. If you did then explain what isn't hapening in the game as it should.
