I'm pretty sure they always did this with similar designs (like the mage guild halls in Oblivion) I don't understand it either , but it seems like how they design these buildings and it's true that most of these are built in such a way , so you usually have to go through 2 loading screens just to pick up a quest (just like in the Ragged Flagon)

you can use either or both , though it seems like RaceMenu will take priority , meaning that some options from ECE won't work so you can use both , but you'll need to understand what you are not going to get when doing so personally I usually use RaceMenu , but both are great in their own way so choose one , the other or both , whatever you wish sorry if this doesn't answer your question , google translate doesn't really help understanding what exactly you are asking

What ever happened to Tagging?
WastelandAssassin replied to Deleted53237921User's topic in Site Support
I'm not sure , as I haven't uploaded a mod here in a long time so I'm not sure if it's possible , though I could probably try and see whatever the case , you can do what I mentioned immediately after uploading a mod , so it may not be as convenient as doing so while setting up the mod , but it's still a usable system -
What ever happened to Tagging?
WastelandAssassin replied to Deleted53237921User's topic in Site Support
go to the mod in question right above the different sections (description , downloads , posts etc) there should be a section tags for this mod , with a button to add tags that should have everything you need -
problem with mod
WastelandAssassin replied to UnicornEmperor's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
you need to make sure NMM launches NVSE , not the launcher otherwise the game will obviously not work (you are trying to run the game with mods that require NVSE , without launching NVSE) -
yeah , some mods do generate new files , and since you are using MO2 they are generated into the overwrite folder don't know specifically about the mod in question , but it does happen with certain mods you can just keep the file there , there is no harm to it

any weapon/armor purchasable enchant mods out there?
WastelandAssassin replied to ARavingLooony's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Every time I try playing the game with those mods on it loads my playthru and when I get into the game it CTD's instantly but when I uninstalled the mods I could play with no CTD's that is most likely due to you not installing them properly or something I am using all 3 mods in my current playthrough , and I am able to play a smooth game with no crashes so I would really recommend going over the installation instructions , making sure you follow it correctly , and also install all of the requirements that these might have (don't recall if they require anything , will have to check) also , not sure about adding these to an existing save file . never tried it , and I would usually not recommend adding or removing anything from an existing save , as it is an easy cause for troubles . so try these on a new game (use the alternate start mod to skip the long and boring opening) and test if they work properly -
problem with mod
WastelandAssassin replied to UnicornEmperor's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Troubleshooting
yeah , if you want help you are going to have to be more specific you said there was a problem during the installation . what problem? can you tell us what the error message said? because that will probably determine what you need to do , in order to fix the issue -

that LOOT less like rules , and more like guidelines if a mod author recommends a specific load order you should probably use that , even if LOOT says otherwise

Why do my weapons deal such low damage!
WastelandAssassin replied to desblu's topic in Oblivion's Discussion
what is your blade skill? because as far as I recall , the damage you deal with a weapon is directly influenced by your skill with such weapons so the mace goes with the blunt skill , all of these swords go with blade , bows with archery etc this could explain the issue , though we need to know what is your level with these skills -

as far as I know , effects that increase bow damage do not increase arrow damage I'm pretty sure arrow damage is set , and cannot be changed via effects or upgrading the wiki wasn't clear on this , but I've seen people making requests for mods that allow arrows to benefit from these effects , hence they don't do that normally
-
iron , and later on steel and ancient drauger (you can get huge amounts of these in drauger dungeons , and the stats are like steel) there is no reason to use arrows stronger than these , as they are just way more expensive and far harder to find , and the damage bonus is barely noticeable . maybe keep a few higher leveled arrows for sneak attack kills on harder enemies , but there really is no reason to use anything else

Survival mode disable/delete possible?
WastelandAssassin replied to Saintzer077's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
makes sense that it would work like that so it just depends on whether you are getting the CC content (or Bethesda.net mods for that matter) while opening the game via MO2 or not useful bit to remember for the future thanks for the input tomomi1922  -
Survival mode disable/delete possible?
WastelandAssassin replied to Saintzer077's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
that is very strange maybe it's because you bought it after setting up the game with MO2? I've never heard of this happening , but I've never used any CC content myself , so I'm not sure why this is whatever the case , you can make these into mods for MO2 , by simply making a new mod and moving their assets into new mod's folder but I thought that since these are installed directly to the game's directory , MO2 won't naturally handle them (but it happened to you somehow) -
if you move the game's folder , you will need to be sure that you move the entire folder (this includes all the F4SE files , as well as any other files you may have installed into those directories) if you'll try launching F4SE without properly moving it with your game , it won't work

if you want to experience an Elder Scrolls game , ESO is as far from it as you can go it's an MMO with an ES paintjob , but it doesn't behave like an ES game to me , an ES game is about the freedom of exploration , the quests , making your own character and finding your way in the world that game doesn't really have that . quests are as basic as any MMO (expect the level or radiant quests , nothing beyond that . which is a big reason why I would also stay away from FO76 , but that's a different subject) combat is shallow , rewards are terrible , the game is grindy as all hell (or at least that was the game on release , or so the reviews said , I never touched it) it may contain the world of ES , but it doesn't have the soul of the game Oblivion isn't really that cluncky in fact , I would say it controls pretty similar to Skyrim . sure Skyrim has made a few advancements over it , but there are still things that game does so much better it's scary (do yourself a favor , play all the Daedric quests , as well as the thieves guild and the dark brotherhood . you can thank me later ;) ) and with mods , you can do quite a lot with that game wholeheartedly recommend getting it , it's well worth the few bucks

any weapon/armor purchasable enchant mods out there?

well , I'm pretty sure there is no way to do such a thing without SKSE so in that case , it's probably take it or leave it -

try this out https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/12885 I have it in my mod list , but I never actually checked out how it works (but it is supposed to do just what you are asking for) -
Desert Eagle silencer won't work
WastelandAssassin replied to Fixadent's topic in Fallout 4's Discussion
reading the comments on that mod's page , it seems like the mod is outdated compared to the mod it requires (the Desert Eagle mod) so it seems like this mod requires updating to work with the current version of that mod , or maybe you could download an older version of that mod , that would work with this (haven't looked if that mod has older versions to download) the mod author still seems to log in , so you could PM them and ask if they could update their mod , or help you figure out how to do so yourself as a side note , it's best that before you make such threads , take a bit of time to look through the posts section of the mod in question , as usually you won't be the only user having these issues , so it's likely the solution is already in the comments (or at least an explanation on the issue) . it'll save all of us the time , especially for you ;) -
Survival mode disable/delete possible?
WastelandAssassin replied to Saintzer077's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I don't know about the mods from Bethesda.net but if you want to have a playthrough without a specific CC mod , you can just cut the esl plugin to a different folder , or rename it to add something after the extension (like .esl.backup) you don't want to delete this , as you may not be able to reclaim it (and you shouldn't have to pay for it again) it is obvious that all of these mods are classified as non MO , as they weren't installed via MO , and thus aren't handled by it but that's just what this means . it's not an issue
