  2. im a music tech student and a player of fallout 3. if anyone needs sound fx, voices ect for mods then let me know. im happy to work for free and can do things if you have no idea what it is exactly you want as well. by all means let other people know and if you need anything, pm innit!
  3. if not from scratch, are there any mods that will allow me to make multiple chems for free. the economy seems to make little preperation for selling drugs. i suppose its because the're scarse. how hard would it be to insert multiple lab tables into a small room?
  4. it apears to be thermal for organic and electromagnetic for robots ect..... because i cant get darn UI to work i cant use it.
  5. i know people who dont know how to mod requesting people to make mods for them doesnt usally go down too well. despite the unlikley hood i though i would pitch the idea for a player lab. somwhere convinent that allows for 10 labtables and possible a fungus farm and what ever else sciency stuff there is from the game. eventually im going to properly get my head round the geck but because it is a pretty simple idea i figure id see if anyone was up for it. i can produce sound fx in a multitude of formats and styles so if anybody wants to do an exchange?

  7. are there any heat sensor goggles, thermal ect. i only found helmet pov and it requires darnUI which i cant get to work. thanks
  8. so i found ss commander, child commander and warhammer 40k commander. none of them fit with my game really. how would i go about replacing them with some of the armor from the s.t.a.l.k.e.r mod or even just plain ol' vanilla combat armor? thanks
  9. i fancy all of the enclave commanders in the dragonskin tactical outfit. anychance theres somone who might have done somthing simmilar appart from the cobra squad? cheers
  10. i didnt say i cheated. i pretty much played through with all of the supplies i had ammassed from playing the normal game
  11. i got screwed first time i went. since been back with my mega arsenal and a boatload of supplies to show them who's boss. me and my FN FAL! make sure you go prepared!
  12. could it not be set so only vats is avalible when you want to attack?
  13. the rideable creatures mod is pretty cool. i reckon a new animal faction of horses would be cool if it was incorporated with rideable creatures. one could even put a short quest about taming wild horses, opening channels for a person you can trade horses to. prehaps a contraption like the bloke in mad max road warrior has, a simple flying / gliding machine.

  16. it is to fast. in a world gone bad i dont think such a thing should be so powerful. bassically, im sure it wont be long before some able person reskins the hoverchair into somthing more than a chair with rocket boosters and a bit less powerful, or im keping my fingers crossed.
  17. combat tactics enhanced does wonderous things for how the game plays. that might reduce the chance of mindless charging of vehicles. i think i would be prepared for some slightly unrealistic gameplay for the sake of a badass 4x4.
  18. yea. that runs fine. the only reason i want to do it this way as opposed to manually is that it messed the game up somehow when i edited the ini. the only real reason i want darnUI is so i can use the rather sweet Helmet POV mod. does anybody know if it works with out darnUI?
  19. i was just thinking. with garrys mod of the source engine you can do really fine construction of actual moving parts. i now that isnt possible really in FO3 but to what extent could you make a jeep or a dirt motorbike?
  20. so, i was playing the other day and started wondering why there is so little in the way of transport. what is it about the engine that is different to source, where you can create cars and hover things. im no expert but would it require a totally different engines or are there ways in which things can be improved apon in mods like hoverchair or the jx3 motorcycle. obviously the lack of roads is a problem for conventional modes of transport but how hard would it be to adapt the hover chair into a series of racing pods like in the starwars films or somthing like that. allthough the motion is much to be desired, a simple reskinning would make it a much cooler machine. i was curious so i thought i would try to encourage some debate about the subject.
  21. for some reason when i add the darnUI fomm version to the activated list in fomm it does nothing to the gameplay? any help would be great. thanks
  22. so, without appearing rude i will clarify. the mod is called portable lab and infirmary, most recent and only version. is the really no one that can help more?
  23. theres a mod for a portable lab kit and infirmary. you drop it on the floor. activate it, wait 72 hrs and its ready to use. i can only get one to work when i spawn them into my inventory.
  24. is there really no one that knows what the problem might be??
