The workbench needs to be an activator, the fist icon. The reloading bench uses the CraftingReloadingBenchRecipesScript. Making custon recipes is the same as making any new item.

Yup. If it isn't in the New Vegas - GECK or an entirely whole creation done by a modder, it is illegal to use. Its a choice of using what they give us in New Vegas, or making it entirely from scratch ourselves. Even taking the table from FO3 to use as a skeleton would be illegal. Thats just crazy. It's not like it's weapons or armor. It'll totally screw up my things. That need a clean end table. For. Though I bet it was a real bone of contention between Bethesda and Obsidian whether or not they could use that end table.

I was rather underwhelmed with the strip. The gameplay videos made it look vibrant with people and music, but all I see is a few npcs about, no suprises, other than the fountain scene, and 1/3 is just a factory, vault and Embassy. If you mean Real Time Settler, then it is probably becuase you modified it. Once you modify the original, the author cannot be responisble for problems you might have caused. However, I did give up on RTS, at the time, becuase it would crash on me too, after random periods of time.

If it is when she is nude, then the meshes and textures may not "add up". The m's and the t's have to be from the same... 'source'. Like if you had the texture from malos and the mesh from Type 3, you may have this problem. I don't know if that is nessessarily true. That might yeild some interesting combos, though. An AP piece of... apparel, forced my BOG skin to look like Malos, and it looked all weird, but that is what Ghogiel was talking about. Try a clean install. I mean, delete all textures and meshes related to a custom body.

Shots in vats are determined by perception and luck, as well as weapon skills, and any related perks. At lower levels, it's best to just free aim. Take some time to build your stats up.
