  1. Hunter watch Teltis quickly leave the ship, he wanted to speak up, but before he could say anything she had already left. "Dammit..." Hunter said out loud to himself. However, he didn't come here just to bring Teltis here, he needed to collect his bounty, and repair his ship from the damage. He collected his things and exited the ship, the docks were more busy then ever, it was actually quite surprising. Maybe it was because of the Reapers, maybe not. Hunter shrugged and looked back at the bullet ridden ship. He sighed as he brought up a nearby terminal, which could be used to contact repair services. After this, Hunter left the ship and headed toward down town, where the bounty office was. It was quite big and fancy, especially for a building just made to give out contracts to kill people, but he didn't care. The pay was good and he needed it. He approached the front door and was greeted by the two guards that were sitting on the bench next to the door. As he entered, a tiny door bell rung and everyone looked to see who it was, as they saw Hunter they turned back around and went on with there business. Hunter quickly walked through groups of other bounty hunters talking about there kills or who they have to kill. Armatures. Hunter quickly made it to the room that he needed to go, and entered inside. The secretary who was sitting behind the desk, was handing out credits to the bounty hunters, and he got into line and waited.
  2. Logan leaned heavily on Blythe, trying to keep awake. He wondered what went wrong, he never did feel the initial impact of the bullet until well afterwards... Odd. Logan continued to think until they finally reached the hospital. Logan got off the bike with Blythe's help, and they walked through the front door. What surprised Logan, was that there was already a wheelchair waiting for him, it was almost like they were expecting someone to be here... Again, Logan's paranoia settled in and he looked at Blythe. "I'll be fine... just wait here." Logan said weakly, as he was put in the chair by the nurses and quickly rushed down the hallway. Logan faded in and out of consciousness, each time in a different hallway with different people going back and forth. Finally, Logan passed out.
  3. The pain was almost mind breaking, he could feel anything that the tools touched, however, Blythe managed to sew up the artery. "I'm going to need a blood transfusion... we can use the bikes." Logan said softly, as he nodded toward the now owner less bikes.
  4. Logan pointed to an incredibly small needle, "Grab that... put pressure where the bullet cut the artery. Then, as best as you can, grabbed the other thread and needle to sow the artery... If you can't... Well, let's not talk about that." Logan said calmly.
  5. Logan turned around and faced Blythe. "I'm sorry..." Logan said quietly, not knowing how serious the bullet wound actually was. The bullet and pierced an artery in his arm, and the blood was flowing incredibly fast. Logan himself felt dizzy and light headed. He tried walking towards Blythe, but the dizziness had it's grasp on him. He fell to his knees. "Inside there is... is... a medical tools in the basement. Hurry." Logan murmured as he kneeled over even more, trying not to pass out.
  6. Logan grinned, however, the last two bikers charged at Logan. One with a knife, the other with a pistol. Logan quickly dodged the knife swings, then counter reacted and shoved the knife into the bikers chest. Logan turned his attention to the biker with the pistol, obviously he hasn't shot anyone, since he hasn't shot him yet. He walked forward, with the gun violently shaking. Logan stood still, he was hoping he could get close enough so he could get the gun out of his hands, but Logan's chest felt heavy as the biker stopped. For a moment they both stared at each other. Then Logan took a quick step forward to swat the gun out of the bikers hand. "BANG!" The revolver shot, the biker didn't know what was going on but Logan knew he screwed up, He quickly lashed out with his hands and broke the Bikers neck. For another moment, he sat there looking at the lifeless body of the biker, but the sound of dripping got Logan out of his trance, he looked at his arm, which had blood tinkling down his arm, and onto the pavement.
  7. Logan who was still tussling with the biker boss, finally got the upper hand. He gripped the bikers arm and bent it backwards, breaking the bone. The biker screamed in pain as Logan threw the final blow, which knocked him out. Before Logan could even get up, another biker grabbed the pipe from earlier, and hit Logan in his leg. The pain was excruciating, but he couldn't focus on that right now. Logan got up and gripped the other biker by the throat and tossed him into the wall of the house, and then slamming his face into the pavement multiple times. Logan, out of breath and hurt, stumbled back toward Blythe with his fists still clenched. He had no idea where his Colt went, but that wasn't important right now. He turned toward Blythe, "Good... job..." Logan said in between breaths.
  8. Logan shook his head, "Bunch of idiot rednecks..." Logan said quietly. He knew that the woman had no chance against Blythe, but obviously the bikers will more then likely start shooting if this happens. Logan started walking slowly forward, his Colt's iron sights still trained on the Bikers head. "Blyth-" Logan managed to get out, before she kicked the other woman in the face. The biker crowed whistled as the two woman fought. Logan couldn't believe someone would actually like this... However, one of the bikers tossed a broken pipe next to the other woman. Logan quickly kicked away the pipe, the crowed booed as the biker boss approached Logan. "Hey! Sense you think you're so tough, fight me you pussy!" He said, as he punched Logan in the face. He didn't expect it, but quickly retaliated to an extremely hard punch to the chest, and tackling him to the ground.
  9. Logan, who was still in the backroom, heard the bikers show up. Logan unholstered his Colt again, hopefully this wouldn't lead to a gunfight, they don't need any more attention for themselves. He approached the door cautiously and opened it, and walked through the door. With his Colt in hand, looked at the 'Tenants'. The biker looked tough, but probably doesn't have experience fighting highly trained soldiers. Now, the biker looked at Logan's Colt in his hand, and snorted. "What? Do you think that intimidates me?" The biker said rudely, as he walked over to the back of the bike and opened a pouch, and brought out his Ruger .44 magnum out from the back of the bike's bags. Logan held the gun up and pointed it at the bikers head, unphased. "Leave, if you know what's best." Logan said, as he cocked the hammer on the Colt.
  10. Logan looked over to see an older safe. How did he not notice that? However, Logan walked over and kneeled down to see if it was locked. Surprisingly, it wasn't, but there wasn't anything in it. "Nothing here... maybe they have a wall safe." He said, as he looked around the house for one. After awhile, it seemed there wasn't one. "Well, if it's only one person we can take him on." Logan said confidently.
  11. Logan smiled. "Better then the street." Logan said, as he got back up and walked around toward the back room. When he opened the door, he was surprised to see the kitchen cleaned and well organized. He opened the fridge to see the shelf's full of food. This worried Logan, it was obvious someone had been here recently, and is still living here. He walked backed out and faced Blythe. "Well, the fridge is full of food, fresh food. But that could mean that someone was here recently." Logan said, approaching Blythe.
  12. Logan nodded toward Blythe and continued to walk. Not surprisingly, they both got stares of curiosity from people they past. However, they kept to there business and continued walking. Logan could see the safe house in sight, the lights weren't on but it was getting dark after all. He cautiously approached the house, listening and looking for any signs for Mercenaries. After arriving at the front door, Logan upholstered his Colt, and hugged up against the wall. He leaned over and peeked inside the window, it was still dark but Logan wasn't going to take any chances. Logan grasped the door handle and turned it, the door opened. Good, that's a good sign no-one is there. He opened the door slowly, with his Colt in hand, stepped inside. The whole room was dark, but he could still see around the room. After it seemed that no-one was there, Logan switched on the lights. The massive light figures lit up, brightening the old room. "Home sweet home..." Logan joked, as he set down the suitcases and sat down on the somewhat worn couch.
  13. Logan looked at his watch, it was about quarter after 7:00 PM. He sighed and turned around and faced Blythe, "There is an old PMC safe house not far from here, I don't know if it's abandoned or not, but it's worth a shot." Logan said, as he grabbed the suitcases again and began to walk off toward the exit gate of the airfield.
  14. Logan remembered that Blythe destroyed her phone before they took off. "We should probably get you a new phone." Logan said, laughing. He got up from the Pilots chair and walked over to the exit, he opened the door and unlatched the stairs and gently placed it on the ground, Logan grabbed the two suitcases, and slung his rifle over his shoulder, and walked down slowly, looking around the incredibly busy airport. Logan set down the bags and waited for Blythe.
  15. Logan thought about playing it safe this time, and he turned on the radio. He talked to the tower for a good 5 minutes, then finally got clearance to land finally. As Logan approached the runway, he skillfully put the jet into place, for a soft landing. After finally landing, and taxiing the jet into a spot on the strip, he looked at Blythe. "Where to now?" He asked.
  16. Logan listened to what Blythe said, He had a confused look on his face, He thought the jacket didn't make a difference."No, I'm telling the truth..." Logan began, but his watch started beeping. He cursed under his breath as he looked at the time. The airport was only about 10 minutes away now. "I'm sorry... We're going to have to do this a different time." Logan said softly but sadly, he gently moved Blythe aside and got up. He sighed as he got back into the Pilots chair, the airport in sight.
  17. Blythe at the moment looked incredibly beautiful. How could he have not seen this before hand?... Again, he was caught off guard from Blythe's kiss, he did chuckle from what she said, but at the moment Logan didn't care. Logan kissed back passionately, as he gently placed his hands on her head, and moved her out of the way. He rubbed her cheek with his thumb. He broke the kiss for a moment. "You're so beautiful, I'm an idiot for not seeing it earlier." Logan admitted, looking into Blythe's eyes.
  18. "Well... I... Uh..." Logan said, trying to put the words together. For some reason, he felt extremely nervous. He had never been in this kind of situation before. His heart felt like it was ready to burst out of his chest, his body felt incredibly hot, and his skin felt really tingly. "Sorry..." Logan murmured as he laid there.
  19. Logan felt incredibly odd, he's never really acted like this before. He felt childish but at the same time it felt quite good to be goofy for once in a lifetime. And the way he felt about Blythe was also odd, but more confusing no doubt. Logan has never felt such a strong emotion toward her, maybe this was a good thing... Without thinking, Logan slowly lifted his head, as his lips met Blythe's, he felt his body heat up. At first he didn't think about it, but after what seemed to be minutes, he leaned his head back, and looked at Blythe.
  20. Logan smiled, "Oh, well it seems the Lioness lost her throne!" Logan said playfully, as he wrapped his arms around Blythe, and lifted her up from the ground. However, Logan lost his balance and fell down, with Blythe on top of him. "Well..." Logan managed to get out, somewhat blushing that he just did that.
  21. Logan laughed as she shoved him back, but much more harder. He was ready to pin Blythe to her seat, but she was quicker and threw him to the ground. "Whoa!" Logan said, as he fell to the ground. For once, he was actually having fun. Logan smiled as he used his legs to toss Blythe off of him, and he quickly got on top of her, "Your turn, kitty cat!" Logan said, letting out some laughs between his breaths.
  22. Logan laughed, "Think you can outrun me, little girl?" He said playfully, as he gently shoved her arm. He had no idea why, but he's gotten along with Blythe more then any of his past partners. However, he probably shouldn't be thinking about that right now.
  23. Logan grinned slightly, "Well, I've grown attached to it. I've used it well over 60 years. Every kill under my belt was because of that rifle." Logan said, in a saddened tone. He thought about his past, remembering this whole dilemma started when he joined the Army. He sighed, thinking that he shouldn't have joined the Army in the first place...
  24. Logan laughed. The nickname was actually quite cleaver, however, turning to the task at hand, Logan got up from the seat and walked over to where he set down the suitcases. He grabbed the first two and looked inside, he was looking for his Springfield rifle, which he dismantled so it could fit into the suitcases. The first two suitcases had each half of the rifle, which he collected into a small pile on the table, after scavenging through both of the packs, he had all the pieces. He knew how to reassemble the parts by heart, he's done it so many times that he could do it blindfolded. With relative ease, he put the rifle together. He smiled as he admired the rifle once more, before he placed it carefully onto the seat next to him, and sat back down in the Pilots seat.
  25. Logan didn't expect that Blythe was actually pretty strong, "Wait!-" Logan managed to say, but the beer was already down the drain. "What the hell was that for?" Logan asked. As Blythe explained, Logan sighed. She was right, drinking at this point would be suicide. Especially if they have to fight on the ground. "You're right... I don't know what I was thinking." Logan admitted, and looked out the window again. "Nice nickname by the way," He added, looking at Blythe.
