On what site? On what file? Hi Dark0ne, I had this bug too with a lot of mods on Skyrim Nexus these last days (never had this before). I click to download a file, and in the dialogue box showing all the servers it tells me that this file is new and that the servers are still syncing (except one or two premium servers). Of course it would be normal with a new mod or a fresh update of a mod, but this bug occured with a lot of old mods hosted here since several months. When I had this I closed the dialogue box and then tried again to download, and each time, at the second or third attempt, the dialogue box was normal and I could choose a server and download the file. So this bug is not really annoying and never stopped me from downloading what I want. :)

Nexus website - Request a new category in Files menu

Good idea but how do you manage multilingual mods ? There are a lot of them. -
Confirmed :wallbash:

We are September 15th and daily digests are still broken. Sometimes I receive one (one in a week for example), but I don't receive 99% of the digests I should receive. Is there a mean to "reset" my notifications ? Like I said in an earlier post, changing notifications settings didn't "repair" them. Could someone from the staff acknowledge this problem ?

Drop-down menu Files -> Categories -> select Weapons. Direct link : http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/searchresults/?src_cat=55 Then, in the "description contains..." field on the right, type two-handed. Voilà!

It seems my problem is somewhat related : http://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/1070285-i-dont-receive-daily-digests-anymore/

Still broken. No replies here. I changed the notification setting of all the topics I follow to "immediate". And I received several hours after two notifications on two topics, while there were new posts on a lot of topics I follow. So, still broken. I changed back the notification setting of all the topics I follow to "daily digest". I still don't receive any notifications. Anyone else can confirm this problem? Any help please? PS : I follow several threads on the Bethesda forums, which apparently use the same forum engine, and I receive all the daily digests on my mailbox. So it's not a problem with my mail.

Hello, I follow several Nexus forums (mods' comments forums) and I always choose to receive a daily digest in my mailbox. Everyday I was reading all these digests. All was fine until some days ago (three or four days I think, maybe more or less). I don't receive any digest anymore, not a single one. I checked here my profile in the "Content I follow" section and all the subscriptions are still there. Does someone have a solution please?

Good luck!

In response to post #7972188. #7973352, #7974373, #7975151, #7975812, #7977220 are all replies on the same post. That's what I just said. :p But from the mouth of Dark0ne it has more weight. ;)

You don't have to run a basic search in order to get to the search page where you can run an advanced search. Just click on the "Files" button and you'll have the Search page with all the advanced options on the right.

I came here for the exact same reason. I noticed another kudo on my name and wanted to know who gave me it, I clicked on the Kudos button and was... surprised by the rude answer. ^^

"As such we’ve coded in some simple browser history fixes to the sites so that your browser will remember every link you click, AJAX or not, and take you back through every click and not just page reloads." Epic! Thank you! All the other fixes and new features are great too, thank you.

Thank you for these updates, Dark0ne! Really appreciated, especially the 10 and 11 ones. Is it planned to be able to track a mod author in the future, like on the Steam Workshop?
-
I have exactly the same problem since the last few days too. I never used Firefox, i am an Opera user. I get daily digests in my mailbox for months, i didn't change any setting and yet i can't receive mails anymore. The daily digests are shown in a popup if i i come here, although my notifications are set to be received by mail. Of course i have nothing in the spam folder of my mailbox, i checked. I'm going to try the IE trick, but the problem is definitely on the Nexus side.

Dark0ne, will it be possible to track a modder? Tracking centre is useful and i check it every day, but i really miss a "track new file uploads from this member" option! This ability to follow a modder is available in the Steam Workshop, and i am surprised that i can't track my favorite authors in the Nexus. By the way thank you for your incredible work :) -
+1000 ! It would be awesome, this game is really great.

Skyrimnexus RSS feeds still broken : no mod descriptions retrieved, and the Site news feed is totally unreadable in my reader, because of this error : XML parsing failed: syntax error (Line: 124, Character: 296).
-
Yes, URLs have changed. But i can confirm too that the feeds are broken, titles and descriptions of mods are not retrieved. I hope this will be fixed as soon as possible!

TES Nexus RSS feeds are broken now  syntax error line 49, character 42 That's the "&"
-
Bump! Anyone can confirm the issue? Thanks

On Dragon Age Nexus, the main two RSS feeds have been broken since several weeks! "Site news feed" and "Webmaster blog feed" work fine, but the most important ones, "New files today feed" and "Files updates today feed", are broken. I tried with several feeds readers. The report i get in Opera for example is : - XML parsing failed: syntax error (Line: 13, Character: 0) - error : unexpected end-of-file Please fix these feeds! I sent a message to the webmaster several weeks ago, but the problem is still there. Thanks by advance :)
