I disagree. I think they are closed, but enemies can enter them. This wouldn't be to different from oblivion, where a enemy could follow you out a dungeon. A closed city doesn't mean it can't be entered, it just mean it's a different environment. You could have the dragon appearing to fly over the city wall to enter the city, as I doubt it's closed to the sky.

I means they will be like the main city in oblivion. It's a separate loading environment, and not part of the contiguous world.

Is it still DX11? Some of the stuff I've been reading makes it sound like it's going to be DX9, as they want it to look the same on all platforms. Huge disappointment if it's true. :(

I second that. They should have expected such problems. I think there are thousands of people refreshing that page right now. :biggrin: They did that on purpose, so everyone sees how popular their game is. Honestly, it just makes me think their server blows.

Does anyone know how do add images to the Faction Insignia in the Fallout Geck? I've found no relevant information on getting the Insignia's working, but i'd really like to use them if they can be made functional.
