  1. I generally keep my distance with the strongest bow/arrow combination I can get. I use an enchanted long sword or katana when enemies get in my face, coupled with destructive magic. I use summonings to aid me in combat, as well as illusion to paralyze and/or silence opponents.
  2. Everything that I knew about Bethany drew me to her, and everything I didn’t know I wanted to know, which made me long for her. She was like me in a way - a loner, but yet had friends to hang out with every so often. And so she understood me, which is why we had been friends since Elementary. She was… perfect.

On nights she didn’t go to work - she worked the evening shift at the grocery store - I would every so often look across to her room, and watch her talk on the phone, or read her books, or lay on her bed watching TV. I wouldn’t say I stalked her - I didn’t exactly follow her everywhere she went, that’s totally creepy. But I would watch her, nothing out of the ordinary, I just simply admired her from afar.

It was one Friday evening she stayed home, I was outside doing yard work, raking the leaves we didn’t rake from last fall, and I could hear her music from her bedroom window. It was a warm night out so she had her window open, and I could hear "The Diary of Jane" by Breaking Benjamin playing. That was one of my favourite songs from that band, and it made me feel all the more relaxed, knowing Bethany at least listened to the same music I did.

I got finished raking the leaves in our backyard when I heard her sliding door open and close, and she stood there on her back porch, smoking a cigarette. She had dyed her hair a dark cherry red colour, and had pink and white streaks going down the side of her front bangs. She was wearing black eye shadow and black mascara, and had a nose ring on the opposite nostril I had my own nose ring.

I never really noticed it before, but she had a cute looking mole on her upper right lip, it was kind of sexy if you looked at her the right way. Bethany looked beautiful sitting on her back porch, smoking her cig in slow long puffs. I didn’t realize I was staring at her, because she noticed me and asked if I was okay.

"Oh, um, yeah, I’m cool, thanks," my voice cracked as her voice made my heart skip a beat.

    "No problem Eric," she smiled.

With how I felt toward her, it was a little more awkward to talk to her, yet I don’t think she sensed the slightest bit of shyness in my voice at this moment.

"So I hear you’re going to Lindsay’s party on Sunday night, right?" I asked trying to make small talk.

"Yeah, but I have a concert I’m gonna be going to, and I’m not sure if I’m gonna be going or not," she replied with a slight air of disappointment in her tone.

"Oh, well that blows. I heard it’s gonna be kick ass - Lindsay hired a DJ to spin tunes for the party," I said half-heartedly trying to sound enthusiastic about it.

"That’s cool. Well, I better go inside, I’ll see you later Eric," she stood up as she took one last drag of her cigarette and threw the smouldering butt on the ground, smothering it underneath her flip-flop.

"Okay Beth, I’ll talk to you later," watching her go back into her house. I couldn’t help but notice her behind jiggle a bit as she walked, and the sight turned me on, I wouldn't deny that.

I stayed outside for little while longer, relaxing on the back porch and watching the evening sun set. It was a magnificent sight, all the pretty pinks and oranges and blues merged into one beautiful astral canvas. I hoped Bethany was seeing what I saw, because it was the most stunning view I had ever seen. It made me wish I spent more time outside... instead of playing Xbox Live...

The sun had set by now, and it was starting to cool off. It was still warm outside, but I decided to back into the house. Mom wasn’t home, she was working the late shift at the hospital, my older sister Jenna was out with her boyfriend, and Sabrina was talking on the phone with her friends, as she usually is. I walked upstairs, well, the few steps you take to go to the slightly higher floor of our house.

I could see my faded "Keep Out" sign on my bedroom door, the lamp on my desk was on and shining out into the hallway, and my room was typical for a teenage guy. Clothes were strewn about my floor, the covers on my bed were misaligned and hanging slightly off, and there were various empty chip bags and pop cans laying on the floor. My room was a mess, but I didn’t mind it. And what I really enjoyed about my room - my window to the outside world was right across from Bethany’s window.

I almost had the layout of her room mapped out in my head, except for the few details I couldn’t see. Her bed was positioned against the wall very plainly, her oak dresser sat next to her bedroom door, and her walls were covered in a diverse array of band posters, hand-drawn artwork, and pictures. I could pick out a light pink colour to her bedroom walls, which I thought was cute for a girl who was always dressed mostly in black and other dark colours.

I looked over to see if she was in her room. She wasn’t so I decided it was high time to start my late "spring cleaning"… I was a very bad procrastinator during my teen years, sometimes chores wouldn’t get done until countless hours after mom had asked me to do them. I went into the kitchen to grab a plastic garbage bag to store my collection of pop cans and chip bags, and I glanced across to Bethany’s window as I came back into my room.

    And what I saw, I’ll never forget…

This all I can post - the rest is unsuitable for the forum...

  3. Are you into punk/emo/goth/hXc women...? Because she likes blood, gore, zombies, ghosts, vampires, and everything macabre... >_>''

There's an Emo Girl hidden inside me. She just doesn't like people to see her.

Aww, well, she doesn't need to be afraid - people here don't judge, and if they do, she can count on me to protect her. You have my word.

BTW, I can't post much more than this, as my story isn't really fit for this forum (hence the warning I gave).

  4. I once killed an enemy with an AoE spell, and I got this ragdoll glich, so that all the limbs where disconnected. So the enemy got blown to pieces basicly...

...Might not that funny, but then again. Since when is death amusing? >_<.

That happened to me once before - I was in Oblivion and killed a Dremora archer, and when it was limp, parts of its body started rolling away stretching its body and looking very weird. o_O

For my funniest kill, I used the highest level of the "Fingers of the Mountain" spell and blasted a group of several weak creatures a couple hundred feet into the air. :P

  5. (The following is an excerpt from a longer unnamed story I'm writing at the moment. It is written for a more mature audience, and therefore reader discretion is STRONGLY ADVISED!!)

I have never really been good with the ladies - for every girl I’ve ever liked, I was far too shy to even say “hi”. And most were turned off with the way I looked… I wasn’t “bad looking”, it was just the fact I had snake bites, an eyebrow piercing, a nose ring, and I wore dark eye shadow. I was a freak, and still am. The only girl who seemed comfortable enough to be able to be seen talking to me was Bethany.

She was beautiful. I don’t think I’ve seen another girl who was as beautiful as Bethany was - silky brown hair that came just a little past her shoulders, the most stunning blue eyes, like the shimmering sea, even more gorgeous than Taylor’s (Taylor apparently was the hottest girl in the school, but I couldn’t see what all the guys seen, she wasn’t much to look at, in my opinion).

But boy, did Bethany have curves… Most of the guys at school always talked about how big Bethany’s breasts were - she had to have been at least a DD, maybe almost an E cup. Living in a house with three women, I usually tended to be a good judge of how big a girl’s breasts were, being familiar with cup sizes and such. And whereas I was the chubby kid in the class when we were younger, she managed to gain a bit of weight.

It wasn’t a bad thing, I mean she did have wider hips than most girls at school, and weighed more when it came time for our bi-annual weight check in PE. But in my honest opinion, it suited her quite well. And maybe I did have a wet dream or two about her before… I mean, who wouldn’t? Even some of the bisexual and lesbian girls said Bethany had a great body, despite being what people call “over-weight”.

And I was falling in love…

  6. ...

well if Americans are stupid, then how the heck did they make a country, in 150 years which is one of the greatest countrys in the world. It has more money then all E.U. All of those who think Americans are stupid are just brainwashed people who don't really know whats going on there. Of course they are stuff that are not awesome in U.S. I don't know a country which is younger then U.S. to succeed and grow like that. Also think about immigrants. All people all over the world are trying to get to United States.

It's a slow degradation of modern mentality - not just in the US, but everywhere in the world. And those immigrants are, for lack of better words, wrong to emigrate to N. America. As it stands, specifically here in Canada, 1 in 5 people are landed immigrants, and wish to become Canadian citizens. And now our government wishes to tighten immigration laws and make it harder to be a Canadian citizen. Immigrants also strain the health system as they're not used to N.American culture.

  7. Here in America we know that we aren't all fat, lazy idiots, but I don't think the negative views of our society by outsiders are all unjustified, unfounded perceptions. (Here I go media-bashing again.) What outsiders see of us the most is in our media, in our news reports, advertisements and entertainment. If I were an alien (extraterrestrial, not illegal) preparing to visit America by observing its media, I would eventually come to the conclusion that the people here are materialistic, vain hedonists. So one step in the solution to our international opinion problems would be to modify what the media says about us. But that course of action obviously would involve government controlled censorship, sparking issues concerning our rights to freedom of speech.

Which, theoretically speaking, is the only way to get rid of the ideas that other nations have about us. Although as you said, it interferes with our basic rights (in this instance, freedom of speech), and therefore is a controversial move. The best thing we can do is to continue to ignore the media whenever they bring up topics like these and instead research this ourselves or find published reliable sources for the info. The media has only as much power as the consumers who buy their merchandise give them. Without support from consumers and money (which they get through the consumers themselves), they can't last. It sounds harsh, but it isn't breaking the tight to freedom of speech.

That does work - theoretically. Until people stop being gullible and believing everything the media tells them is true, the media will continue to influence society's values and morals. Which is to say people will continue being idiots.

  8. I agree, for I also see if people simply accepted the differences in others, regardless of gender, race, creed, religion, or orientation, then this world would be a much better place to live. However, someone always manages to throw the monkey wrench into the stew, and creates conflict as a result of jealousy.

With that said, there won't be a time - no matter how far into the future one goes - that there will ever be equality amongst people. All we can do is simply move on past those would seek our demise. To strive for the greater good, instead of becoming like them. There will always be two sides of the fence - it's up to each person to make their choice whether they want to live in peace or live in chaos.

  9. Hello! Bonjour! ¡Hola! Guten Tag! Buongiorno! Bom dia! Goeie dag! До свидания! Καλημέρα! 今日は! 今天好!

(These all mean the same thing BTW) :P

  10. Well, that may be the case, but who has the $$$ to afford PS3? 15%. That's how many people have the kind of money to afford a PS3 AND the setup in order to play it with decent quality. And less than that 15% is how many people can afford to play at max quality. I've had my 360 for 3 years now and I'm satisfied with what it offers. But then again it's one man's opinion.
  11. People waste time thinking about the future - what good does that do when you CAN'T predict what the future holds?

There is of course some logic and truth in that statement, but on the other hand you can't just run through life never planning anything at all and never trying to better yourself. When you stop caring about the future you end up sitting in the middle of the floor with a stomach full of pills and razors poised against your wrists. You have to have hope and something to look forward to!

I forgot to mention that while you can't predict what happens in the distant future, you can still plan for the near future and hope your plans work out alright. Thanks for putting my brains in place Herc ^^

  12. You guys suck - the main reason why Xbox 360s fail is because of aggressive playing and/or carelessness. When someone takes care of their things, those things last a lot longer than if you didn't take care of your things.
  13. Well howdy pardner! Long time no see Storm :)

    rob_b,

Well met indeed, my friend, I must say I like your new signature... it says so much, and so much truth.

I hope we run into one another a lot more often... I look forward to seeing you.

    Storm Raven

    8)

Thank you Storm ^^ And sorry I haven't been online much, I've been busy modding, and doing nothing... :ermm: *cough* So um, yeah... : whistling: Heh

How's life for you my friend? :)

  14. If it's now starting to be a possibility of robotics being able to be controlled by the human brain, then this is quite plausible. I obviously would object to the use of technology that would allow for mind control, but if this is how gaming will go, so be it.
