I know for a fact I've only murdered 1 person, Heimskr, shut him up quick, when I was made Thane, as a Freebie, lol. Anyway, I noticed my Murder count was a t 3... weird but I shrugged it off, I wasn't quite such a goody too shoes in the 1st 10 hours, maybe I slipped. However I noticed Later it was 6! I reverted saves, went back to 3... It kept rising as I played. Anyway after narrowing down my actions etc etc, I singled it out to be the civil war Quest Line. Every time I assaulted a Fort, I'd have 2-3 extra murders on my record :( Is this a known issue? (forum searched murder, nothing) Is it MEANT to be this way? Can I use the console to remove them at all?

I AM NOT A KNOWLEDGABLE EXPERT! But I know and hate that feeling of being lost, so just offering you some input. Steam Just released a beta of the next version of Skyrim, I believe SKSE has already (wow) updated to work with this latest version of Skyrim. If you've installed this VERY latest version of SKSE but haven't opted ito the beta, then it might be giving you that out of date message. Beta opt-in method on Nexus front page.

I've not done ANY DbH stuff yet bar an assassin that was dispatched after me. So I WILL keep an eye out for you, see if I notice anything when I get on it, and update, could be a while of course, big game. Not that I remember anything like that from 1st play throughs a year ago. Out of interest, I take it you 'did' the activator quest for the DbH?

Install ACE+ASIS? Change the combat so much you HAVE to rethink how you play? Other than that i's jsut discipline. Stick to a threshold and dont go past it. IE, my young naive girl joined the companions as she was a bit lost. but ran like the wind out of Whiterun when they said they wanted to make here A Wearwolf! >I< hated leaving a quest chain undone, but.. that's they key to roleplaying. Saying that you seem to want to role play as YOU, not roleplay, so not sure if any further advice from me can help. I'll shut-up.

Simply brilliant rocks along side No Stretching, another none .esp. So Immersive with Moss On Rocks mod. And Vilja is the only .esp Mod recommend as Essential AND Brilliant, truly outstanding work that mod team. Have you RUN the FNIS tool again after installing mods?

I have this bug too, but don't have the shout(yet), i get when i drink a slow time potion, get like, 3 seconds of slow, then everything goes super fast. I have a billion mods. Shout ones are WTF shout, which ive uses before with no issues, other one is new to me, better, more powerful shouts, could be that I guess. I also use SkyRe.

I've narey seen it, but then I'm pretty tunnel visioned in combat, but do enemies ever use their powers? Such as Dragonskin or Voice of the Emperor? If it is in, Ive never seen it, is their a mod that enables it? Would add some variety to the fights I feel.

My basic understanding is pat level 50, they stop leveling up with the player, and it gets VERY easy. A you're only level X you'll only see enemies around level X, as they scale with you, jsut poorly after level 50.# Lots of ods address this scaling problem, I personally like http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/9286 SkyRe, as it address a multitude of other sins the game has.

Hmm the quests so far, I kinda recall, and I feel they're ones already for a hardened adventurer, I was looking for tamer ones? Something to get her rolling.

So returning after a year, I wanted to add something to my Skyrim experience, (besides 170 mods), so I'm roleplaying an young Imperial woman, who was mistakenly arrested crossing the border while gathering food. She obviously sided with the Imperial Hadvar, and took up an apprentaship under his uncle, the Blacksmsith, she's also been learning to hunt. Hoping to make friends she completed the Golden Claw quest, but it cost her new friend Sven his life, and she was mortified by the whole experience, and kissed the ground when exiting Bleak Falls Barrow, vowing off adventuring and ignoring 'the dragon problem; hoping they'll go away again, like they did for thousamds of years. Anyhoo. This is my 1st ever attempt at roleplaying, and it is adding a new dimension to my game, - but it is very one dimensional. I'm looking for some quests that will organically lead her down a darker path, and toughen her up some, maybe get her out seeing revenge? Just some motivation for her to become an adventurer. She can go exploring any of the holds for any quests, her overly protective father has bought her all the DLC, and will supply her with any mods she needs, so no suggestion is too much work. Please help her tackle the Skyrim game properly, as it's getting a bit slow as just a life simulator!

Half of them had under 1000 D/L's when this topic was made, none had ever been a Hot File (to my knowledge, I'm not a Nexus bot, Unique Region names subsequently went hot) and every single one of them works under the hood, ie seemlessly within the game without you having to click/do/change anything in game.

I'm level 68 :S and everything else is jsut at a sweet spot at the moment, I'd hate to have to lower it, and I swear it wasn't like this prior 1.5. So fCombatRangedAttackChanceMax Is that the damage one? Because all the others seem to be a time or distance thing. Except Attackchancelastattack... but I've no idea what that relates to, guessed a perk thing as opposed to normal damage.

Really, you don't think compared to some of the scenarios I implied in the opening post 1 single bandits arrow is unrealistic? Sure real world, but not Skyrim. Anyhoo thank you for the info, i'll get right into the CK, ty.

I searched both bow and archery, with "damage" in the description, no luck. What I'm looking for is a Mod that halves NPC bow damage, or the info on how to change it please. I'm playing a mage, and have the top 5th, level Armor/flesh spell, and a fully perked out Alteration tree. Master difficulty, and everything's fine, except EVERY arrow one-shot kills me. It's incredibly frustrating and unrealistic. With-in the game world, a military generals sword glances off me, A (deadly Dragons mod) dragons breath whooshes over me like a light breeze and high level mages throw free mana at my Breton. But those gosh darn bandits keep one shotting me, ARGH! Please, help me rectify this.Ideally, I'd love it so that the most a shot can do is take 95% of my health away, so I have a chance to react.

Just wandering about Winterhold area on my 2nd playthough and found that guy in his hole.... Sent me off on the quest... is it safe to do this before the main quest directs me to him? The quest is actually the one for ELDER KNOWLEDGE,,, but because I've picked up before I'm meant to, it's called it Discerning the Transmundane.

tThis quest has bugged for me also, in the stage AFTER Tc's bug. Once I've done the puzzle, left, my quest log tells me to return to the college, but when I get there, the gates are locked, and no way to get it. Other NPC's are stuck outside too, haha. I can;'t even find the midden entrance to sneak in :(
