  1. Has only happened to me once so far, was fighting raiders near a water tower and I thought one shot a mini nuke at me...
  2. OK let me explain this... 1. The water itself is not radioactive, there are small particles in the water that makes it that way, if you use a filter system it can be removed. (as shown in the settlements) 2. There is clean water already, its not really as a big of a deal as other things, using a GECK to do this was pretty insane, when a GECK has a much better use. 3. Sure project purity could clean a lot of water at once, but if you just clean it a bit at a time it will have the exact same effect...
  3. America has to change of course... If anyone asked that didn't live in the USA, politics in the USA are not to help the people, most of the people running are funded by massive banks and corporations. USA politics are just smear ads, lies, and mass media. What we need before anything else is a way to stop lobbyists from buying our politicians... Then we can go from there...
  4. k thanks, that what I thought... I guess ill just find it in meshes.bsa and extract it then, this can be locked now...
  5. Can someone tell my why a lot of the nif files seem to be missing, but they load in game? Are they all in BSA files or what? Is.... dunbarrel02.nif in a folder to anyone? I think it might be in a BSA file, and if that's so does anyone know what BSA file it might be in?
  6. Meh still not the same, fallout has guns and a different environment...
  7. Not really bumping the post since its at the top anyways so... I don't really think they went feral here, they kinda just got pissed at the stuck up people in the tower so they killed them all once they got in... I kinda was pissed when I tried to do the quest peacefully and they end up killing everyone anyways -.- EDIT: Accidentally said "dumped" not bumped lol...
  8. I also find it kind of sad a rpg element was, w taken out for the main quest, when the main quest doesn't make much sense :( Good thing we have mods, hated how fallout 3 just ends...
  9. I suppose the purpose is to make completely clean water for everyone, but I find it to be pointless... There are water purification methods for vault 101, and the towns, why can't they just do it in small steps like that? Am I missing something here? Why don't they just go get the technology from the vault and redesign a system like that?
  10. Basically I thought would be cool to have a aging mod that would allow you to start in a family and grow up, it seems a bit weird that you start in a prison and its never really explained why you are in prison... I think the game start kinda messes up a ability to make a character background on your own. I suppose this mod would need to be done in model stages, since I don't think its possible to make a model warp into a shape over time.. Like every year in your child hood your model should change to another one, to make it seem like growing... Once you reach a certain age it should stop growing, and once you get about 40ish, you should start having old age effects take place. First off the clock system doesn't really need to change, if a year passes in game a year will pass in your life. I suppose you could start at a walking age. This mod should make it so you can do time skips (doubt many people would want to be a 1 year old :P) or make the aging time adjustable, if you want to have a short childhood and get into the main quest and whatever else fast, then you should be able to change that. Also the main quest should only start if you get throw in jail or pay gold (guards might think your supposed to be arresting instead of paying a fine) Also it should be entirely optional, if you don't want to take the necklace or follow the emperor you shouldn't have to. You could still do the quest later after hearing about the assassination (if you chose to stay in your cell and mind your business), Or if you decide to go see jafrue (or whatever his name is) without the necklace later. You can also choose to do everything for the reason that if you don't everyone (including yourself) will be killed. I like to think of the main quest as the PC being a anti hero, a lowly (or or so lowly) criminal who decides to change. How else are you going to be put in prison if you never committed a crime? Sure you could say it might of been a mistake or something but it seems like the guards do a good job at finding the right people. Anyways I always would have liked the game to start like this, I think the whole "start in a cell without knowing anything" isn't very good to have a background for a character...
  11. I don't really see armor or shield spells as being very useful, so I am suggesting a more realistic (or a more fun for myself) system... Ill put a list for better reading... 1. A injury system that effects different body parts and stats, all injuries should slowly drain health and strength. Also the below should only happen if you get hit with a weapon stronger then armor. Also health should no longer be effected by attacks, since health would be for injuries. EX: if i get hit by a iron arrow while in chain mail armor injuries will not happen. If you get hit with a deadric/glass arrow with glass/deadric armor, injuries will not happen. a. for the arms (and hands) it should make weapon moment slower. b. for the legs (and feet) it should slowly drain your speed and possibly a limping animation. c. for the head it should drain your intelligence and willpower. 2 will describe more. d. 2 will describe more for the torso. 2. If you get hit on the arms or legs WITHOUT armor, you will be badly injured and have all of your stats cut in half, as well as your health/strength slowly draining. If you get hit in the head/torso without a helmet it will kill you if you don't heal (or use a healing item/spell to pause effects, see 3) within 5 seconds you will die. 3. Injuries should be able to be healed by a spell that can be used once a day (a quest behind that to find it if this would be added) OR getting help from a healing mage inside of any inn or city, normal healing spells and potions would only temporarily pause the injury effects so you could get to a healing mage. 4. If armor is broken and equipped it should count as not wearing armor. I guess that's about it...
  12. meh true, but the guards don't seem to know any of that kind of magic :P
  13. @ the person who asked why cars blow up... The cars in fallout 3 use nuclear engines...
  14. I think you guys are forgetting something... If you can use magic can't you just have a small group of mages go in as spies? They would be nearly impossible to detect with a invisibility spell, once they know some basic things then the army could move in...
  15. Wow thanks dude, had no idea that existed, looked around for a long time...
  16. http://zenimaxonline.com/faq.html Don't know if anyone has read that, but pretty sure they are going to make TES5 a mmo after reading that...
  17. Does anyone know if this is even possible, and is anyone willing to do something like this :P
  18. Basically I want a mod that would allow me to arrest nearly anyone (besides counts/guards) and be able to chain/cuff them and transport them by a horse... The prison I would want would be like the fortresses, and should be near battlehorn castle. A fairly simple interior, with a bunch of prison cells and a kitchen/dining area. Also I would like to be able to command the prisoners and hire guards for the prison... Maybe a small quest line in order to get ownership of the prison, and the right to arrest. Should be given to you by a count, or a captain. Also a few houses added in the wilderness to act as skooma houses, so you could do drug busts... The houses shouldn't be called "skooma houses" but they would have skooma bottles inside of them hidden... Not sure how hard this would be, but always wanted to have a mod like this... Hopefully I did everything right, its my first post...
