For the money\ hassle of just not having to do it yourself, iBuypower is good, I currently have one. If you do decide to get any PC that's shipped to you, double or even triple check all your connections, when I got mine the Sata cable had came unhooked from the HDD (and wasn't "obviously" visible), and 1 of the 2 cooling fans for the CPU water cooler had never been connected.

Older people are very good at being coy, that's why their dirty jokes are way more funny, because your blindsided. At least my Grandad did.

That stuff is just AWFUL in any form.

You can also get something like this if using NMM, sometimes it will have Skyrim.esm listed twice in one of the txt. lists it uses (the hidden files in your AppData\Local\Skyrim). Remove the extras leaving only 1, and it should fix it, if this is the problem.

I got a BSOD from Adobe Flash player (the first one I've had since Win98, and I've used NT, XP, Vista, and 7 since), to be fair, I partially caused it to crash by skipping ahead rapidly, but Adobe was DLing update when it happened. Applied that update and have had one update since (the one with the Mcafee crap). My PC is ok after a complete reboot, but that really put my undies in a serious twist.

Sorry about the uninstall bit, don't know if NMM reads rar file or not, it should (Wrye Bash does). On Skyrim Nexus on any mod page there's a number of tabs (description, files, comments, etc.), not always, but sometimes there's also mirrors tab, it's just links to where you can DL that mod on another site.

I think for NMM to uninstall a mod, it has to be installed with NMM. In the future if you have problems DLing a mod from Nexus, check the mirrors tab on that page.

It's still just behind the 14 new settlements for Skyrim and learning both Papyrus and 3d modelling in my to-do list. Current ETA (assuming I don't have to get a job in the meantime) approximately 6 years :biggrin: I think we all have a to-do list that seems never ending...

I have been married to the same person for 30 years and with them for 31. He now has terminal cancer and I feel like I'm losing a major part of my life. Does that mean I've been trapped for 30+ years? If so it was the best kind, I have 6 wonderful children, 3 amazing grandchildren and I couldn't be prouder. I didn't mean, a Functional marriage (What marriage is supposed to be), but rather what it has become lately, more like a business decision for a tax write-off. In fact, I feel that what you described, is the only gamble somewhat worth the risk.
