You need to install the GECK and run the patcher from the extender page to allow it to load Extender itself. Then install the extender dll so the path is Fallout New Vegas/Data/NVSE/Plugins/ZeGaryHax.dll. You can find this information in the modâs description.

The warning is from my Tweaks plugin (versions 5.20 and above). I checked the mod and it is overwriting the two unused vanilla scripts that I check for recompiled all. No mod should do this, since it will conflict with any other mod that also overwrites the vanilla script. If you want to ignore the error you can add [iNI] bShowRecompiledAllScriptsWarning = 0 to nvse_stewie_tweaks.ini.

Make sure you don't have the Geck Powerup installed (it's not compatible with Extender) or ENB, and if you've ran the BSA decompressor be sure to add the sArchiveList line to GeckCustom.ini. Edit: just seen the second page and you solved the problem!

Just to clarify: Are you speaking about when editing the INI settings in the Launcher? (Because I always edit mine outside of the game environment using a text editor.) -Dubious- I mean from the in-game settings menu.
