LE help with Exterior Navmeshing

in the IMAGES i posted, i already connected and finalized the grid navmeshes, as you can see the green lines, but in-game NPCs are still acting like its not finalized, i did some exterior navmeshing before in Fallout NV and Skyrim and it worked fine then but this one is really weird -
i need help with some Exterior Navmeshing, i've done Navmeshing before, even way back in Fallout 3, Fallout NV and i've made some Navmeshed Houses and Bases in Skyrim though mostly its interiors, so i thought this would be easy BUT this one is driving me insane, if anyone is familiar with "Castle Mendoza" mod, you'll know that the Castle used to be in the Rift but i moved it in the Plains near Rorikstead, so one of the users of the mod reported that Patrols where buggy infront of the castle, so i thought it was just an easy bug to fix, i thought i just forgot to finalize a cell or something simple like that but when i looked, it was finalized, the navmeshing looks alright but when tested in-game NPCs act like i cut off a part the Navmeshing or like its not Finalized at all (see the pictures below) i've done everything i could think off and it still won't work, i re-navmeshed the place, moved the preferred pathing, re-finalized etc., the NPCs aren't stuck there forever though, just entering an interior or fast travelling will let them pass through but i want to actually fix this bug, i hope someone can help me with this, thanks in advance and sorry for the wall of text here's the file http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19165/? its the one named "v1.55 OPTIONAL RORIKSTEAD LOCATION NEW" IMAGES http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/Images/510087/? http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/Images/510088/?

like Elianora said, just place the furniture like chairs and they will use that, just give the NPC with sandbox AI and if you want them to sleep give the NPCs sleep package same goes for eating and make sure the cell is fully navmeshed, with IDLE markers, just place them and they are in navmeshed ground then the NPCs will use them for tutorial videos, this guy has some pretty good tutorials https://www.youtube.com/user/DARKF0X127 -
LE animated enchantment shout n spells

hello, im making a mod that uses the visual effects from "Animated Enchantment Ovehaul" mod, if your familiar with Animated Enchantments Overhaul and what it looks like then what this mod does is it uses the visual effects from that mod and makes them into a shout and spells, i have GRIMELEVEN's permission now, so i made a mod that that enchants weapons with shouts and spells and the enchantments use the visual effect from the mod, so enchanting your sword with fire, you will actually see your sword flaming instead of just a few red lines and spots like in default, here's a working version, but it still has a few bugs that i can't fix, i was wondering if anyone was willing to help me here's the download link to the mod so you guys can test it out, i've also written the known bugs below and some more additional details http://www.filedropper.com/gr123animatedenchantmentbeta = ADDITIONAL DETAILS ABOUT MOD = Adds Shout and Spells that enchant your weapons with fire, frost or shock magic using visual effects from "Animated Enchantment Overhaul" = Spells = - Imbue Fire Weapon Spell - Imbue Frost Weapon Spell - Imbue Shock Weapon Spell - they can be acquired by forging them in Skyforge with 500 gold, your basically buying the books from the Skyforge, not from the smith but from the forge itself = Elemental Weapon Shout = - uses the dragon words Yol, Fo and Qq which gives your weapons either fire, frost or shock enchantments for 15 seconds - to acquire this Shout use these console commands player.addshout xx02e871 (xx is the load order number of this mod) - or type help "elemental weapon" to see the exact Base ID of the Shout = Notes = - for now the Shout can only be acquire through console commands, i still haven't worked out how to add shouts through activators, books or other means - i know getting the spell books are kinda weird since your kinda forging the books in Skyforge with 500 gold but its sort of like buying the books for 500 gold in a sense, basically i just wanted to test if i can make forges to make other items aside from weapons and armor and they seem to work with most in-game items like food, books, scrolls and misc items etc. - originally i made 3 different shouts for the elemental weapon shout, one shout for fire, frost and shock, using the words Zun/Weapon, Haal/Hand, Yol/Fire or Zun/Weapon, Haal/Hand, Fo/Frost or Zun/Weapon, Haal/Hand, Qq/Lightning so there would be 3 levels of strength to the enchantment but after some testing i found it more convenient to just have all 3 elements in 1 shout and use the level 3 strength enchantment on all 3 elements = Known Bugs = - when using Dual Weapons and your character has the perks "Dual Flurry", using the shout enchantments will make your weapon swings even faster, BUT using shout enchanted dual weapons WITHOUT "Dual Flurry" perk will NOT result with this bug - when your weapon is enchanted with the shout and that weapon is hotkeyed then you double push that hot key which will quickly unequip and re-equip and unsheath the weapon and then switch from 1st Person to 3rd person or vice-versa, do all this BEFORE the 15 second enchantment wears off then the visual effect will remain on the weapon even when the damage effect has worn off, using the shout again and just letting it wear off normally without doing all that switching stuff again will fix this - the words only work for the males, females will hear no words when using the shout -
check out this guy's video tutorials, his companion making and vendor making videos were a big help to me when i just starting out making mods for Skyrim https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCtYB2iX9_52X_DNtSIJXyWg and also it would be good to look at other house mods and see how they are made in creation kit, how they are put together, what are used etc. then start making a small house mod, once you get the hang of it, make a big one you like

i used to use a mod that makes Marcus from Jacobstown into a follower, then i uninstalled it, then after a long time i went back to Jacobstown and Marcus is dead, i don't know if its because i uninstalled the mod or some cazadors killed him, but thats not the point, i can just open the console and resurrect him but that ending will still say he's dead, what i'm looking for is there a way to make the game recognize that he's still alive? or some console commands like setstage jacobmarcusalive to 1 or SetStage JMQ 110 or something like that? loading an earlier save is not an option and making a new game is not either, i already spent 200 hours on that save and marcus' death just ruined the perfect ending i was aiming for thanks in advance

i haven't played Fallout for like 2 years, i thinking of starting again, but after playing State of Decay, i felt that Fallout New Vegas didn't really have that survival feel, what i mean is that, yeah there's thirst, hunger and sleep, but you can find so many food and drinks and stuff in chest that i find it strange that there's so many resources laying around in a post apocalyptic wasteland so what i'm looking for is a mod that - makes food, meds, drinks, ammo and weapons more scarce - since there's less bullets lying around, damage should be increased (i can increase the global damage multipliers easily with GECK with fDiffMultHPByPCVH or fDiffMultHPToPCVH so that's not a problem) so i can make all weapons and attacks deal more damage with that (BY and TO enemies) - melee weapons degrade faster, maybe even guns too i think i saw a mod like that years ago when i was still playing Fallout a lot but i can't remember that name so i can't find i now, and thanks in advance

I've started work on it yesterday, anyway, what should i name the NPC? and which armor should i make it wear? what body weight should i use? 10, 30, 50, 100? I've added the ears, tail, hair, body, tattoo, eyes, and i'm making the face, there are few problems i came across though, the hair i used which looks pretty close to the pic you gave is long that it blocks the tattoo on the back, making the tattoo useless and i'm having some problems with the ear textures

some ENB settings can really cripple any computer's performance while some ENB settings hardly make any lag, while i've never used ENB's on skyrim myself, i've made some settings for GTA SA Enbs in the past, so check that mod's optional files and try out other ENB settings, see if there's performance differences

when is her birthday? i can make a companion with that tattoo, ears, tail (not that fluffy though), eyes, face, CBBE body and hair but not the clothes, and i don't use UFO and AFT so i don't know if it will be compatible though, first i want to know her b-day first to see if i still have time to make it, coz nowadays i only have time to mod during weekends, and i'll do it for free

if you did manage to convert Oblivion items to Skyrim, do not upload them, they are illegal but fine for personal use after some googling i found a site with some instructions, i didn't link the site because i don't know if i'm allowed to link that particular site here but here's the instructions --------------------------------- Required Programs/Stuff Blender/3DS Max - I'll use Blender 2.49b here. Photoshop/GIMP - I'll use Photoshop here (it's not really important, this step). If you use Blender: Basic Blender Files Procedure (armours) Note: it roughly follows this tutorial after step 5. Save constantly. 1. Import Oblivion mesh into Blender. 2. Append Skyrim body and skeleton over to your imported space in a different scene. Scale the armour if it's out of proportion. 3. Tricky part: you have to line up the mesh with the imported body, so that its arms and legs are roughly in the same pose. Manipulate the bones of the Oblivion armour, and when done, apply the modifier in the modifier tab. 4. Delete skeleton of the Oblivion armour. 5. Delete riggings under the Weights tab. 6. Copy bone weights (using the Bone Weight Copy script) from the Skyrim body to the Oblivion armour. 7. Delete everything except the armour. 8. Re-open the downloaded .blend file, and delete everything except the skeleton. 9. Append the Oblivion armour. 10. Parent the armour to the skeleton (select everything (A), right click on skeleton, Ctrl-P, parent to armature -> no groups). 11. Export. that'll be hard to find, because most if not all CBB and UNP type armors are ridiculously skimpy, though i did find a female steel plate armor that's well protected but still has some decent feminine curves, its from a different site so i'll just PM you the link -

i think the main reason why that japanese site is not into Nexus is because most of the stuff in there are ported which are against Nexus rules, anyway i went to the guy's blog jacksh123, it turned out that the mediafire link he had on the particular armor mod was invalid LOL, looks like fate is preventing me from ever getting that armor

the first link is almost exactly what i'm looking for, i'll just give it a retex and it'll be exactly what i'm looking for, thank you! 1+ kudos that site has some good mods too, although most of the female armors there are too skimpy for me, there's some really good male armors though EDIT: unfortunately the download link in the first mod is unavailable, thanks anyway i did find some good gladiator armors and assassin armors though EDIT AGAIN: never mind, after 30 minutes of googling, i found the blog of the guy that made the armor on the first link, thanks again for linking those though

looks like a big mod, i think its best if you look for people to make a sort of modding team instead of requesting individual things -
you can by making a new melee weapon that uses the modified version of the crossbow mesh, though now you'll end up with 2 crossbows in your inventory, 1 for shooting 1 for swinging, im not much of a scripter so i don't know if it can be done with 1 weapon with scripts
