i was trying to create a new Vendor so i followed these instructions http://geck.bethsoft.com/index.php/Creating_a_new_vendor after that i went in-game to test it but when i talked to the Vendor she doesn't sell anything, i only see the caps i put it her vendor container, i know i put stuff in her vendor container like 5 assault carbines, 5 stimpacks and 1000 caps, so i used TCL to get pass the walls because i placed her vendor container on the other side of the wall, when i picked the lock all the items i put are there, so i went back to the vendor and sold my hk416 so i can find out if the vendor and her container are connected, after selling it i tcl'd back to the container and opened it and saw the HK416 in there so i know they're connected but why cant i buy anything from her???

i really don't have any problems with the new site design aside from it being too big and bubbly/rounded like what Gribbleshnibit8 said and i think my newvegas nexus is bugged because the top files are missing on the side of the first page but the the top files are just fine in f3nexus, dragonage, tes nexus etc., and i don't like that the new images are no longer visible on the first page

females have more clothing mods but the way i see it, it depends on what kind of items you want to use, most male clothing mods are tactical clothing, combat armors, military gear and cowboy clothes while most female clothes are skimpy, sexy, tight and very revealing clothes like super small school girl outfits, bikinis, bra armors and all those kinds of clothes that would feel uncomfortable wearing in the wasteland in real life, although there are some military armor mods for females too, just not as many as male military armors my first playthrough was a male good guy wearing TG armor collection's black Enclave PMC armor with authority glasses working for the NCR my 2nd playthrough was a female bad girl (not really evil karma, more like just below the middle karma) wearing some tight jeans and small shirt with some weapon holsters working for House but my main save is my male save, my first playthrough

Vault overseer desk passage i'm trying to make the overseer's desk passage to work but i don't have any idea how, i tried linking it to a terminal and also tried it to an activator button, i guess its not like vault gear doors that you just link to an activator, any help?

just retex TG'sArmorCollection desert gloves, if you don't have any software to edit it with then use free software you can just download like Paint.Net

i got that same message too except he specified the site he will upload it to, he translated it to russian and uploaded it to a russian site, but if you use google translate on the site the proper credits are there, i don't know if i can post the link of the site here tho, it's ok worrying about that stuff, back when i still mod GTA SA some dude stole most of my MW2 mods and took the credits, i was so pissed i removed all download links so now people just see the pictures and videos of my mods without DL links, ever since then i stopped caring about GTASA, and that same dude did not just steal from me but steal from 3 other modders i know too, his blog was full of stolen mods, nothing was made by him

i don't use power armor either but i want NPCs that wear it to be walking tanks too so what i did is i almost doubled DT, added +5 strength, +45 carryweight, +20 rad resistance, +15 poison resistance, +1 perception for helmets, -1 charisma for enclave helmets and restored the power armor running sound from FO3, but now i'm thinking instead of just doubling the DT i might add DR instead, like T-45d which has 22DT i might change it to 20DT + 20DR

that's easy, removing essential is just a check box so an optional file would do, as for me i don't like having dead kids laying around, and some kids are quest essential

i'd like to have something similar like this, make them targetable, not invulnerable, not ghost, but essential so they don't die, just get knocked unconscious

can anyone make a mod that when the weapon is in poor condition it's damage still remains the same as 100% condition but to balance it out, weapons in poor condition should jam more than Vanilla game, i think there's a mod like that but its from an overhaul and i don't like overhauls

romance as in sweety pie things or romance as in sex? if sex then there's already several sex mods out there, just type in prostitution or sex in the search button

That's quite possibly the weakest argument I've ever read. LOL, no ones forcing people to download mods so if a player downloads a mod even though he just started a new game then that's not the game's fault

@bakafool i like FO1 and FO2 too my ratings on all fallout games would be 1. fallout 3 2. fallout 1 and 2 3. fallout New Vegas but that's just my opinion, although that's one word that "someone here" obviously cannot comprehend and keeps coming back

@richardn1 if you checked all platforms you'll see its there @Zaldiir because trolls defy logic, and he called FO3 a trainwreck? if FO3 is bad then what's FNV? a disaster of epic proportions? i like both FO3 and FNV, i just like FO3 better because FNV is basically just a large expansion of FO3 and the fact that he likes FNV but hates FO3 is 0_o, FO3 changed the Fallout genre, if FO3 wasn't the way it was who knows what FNV would have been and i voted for Half-Life 2, FO3, SC2, and several more, in case you guys didn't know you can vote 1 for each genre and platform

atleast we have mods to keep us entertained while we wait for the DLC but one thing that just annoys me though, its people always asking me in my youtube mod vids asking "can you do this on 360?" i'd love to say "you 360 people already have DLCs first and now you come here and want a piece of mod action too? can your 360 do this? do that? mod that? mod this? NO, your 360 aint so good now eh?" i personally think releasing it for 360 first is a stab on the back for fallout's most loyal customers, the PC community, the modding community, i know its one of their "evil" (well not really evil but i just like how it sounds when combined) money making marketing tactics but some people might get angry and retaliate by pirating games instead of supporting the creators so this marketing strategy is not a sure fire way to get money, you might even lose some because of pirates who where one's loyal customers but one thing's for sure is that i'm still gonna "BUY" stuff though not pirate it
