  1. On my current game I've noticed that the contents of every random chest are now: 1x Cast iron Pot 18x Gold coins 1x Leather Armor. That is it. There is no variation. Does anyone know what mod eliminates the variety of the chest contents?? Update: Found it! it was the Waterfall shack player home on Steam. Thanks!

  4. I have over 100 mods. And I have used the creation kit to make changes and small tweaks to many of them. Things like changing the weight or armor value of an item. Today I learned that if I deactivate a mod using the NMM, and then reactivate it, the changes I made are lost... I will be upgrading my computer soon, and I want to bring the tweaked mods to the new computer. How can I save the my changes to these mods??? Thanks!!
  5. Does anyone know if the Temptress Race mod is compatible with the Familiar Faces mod? When I try to save my Temptress character in the Shrine of Heroes, it says it can't find the face gen data?? Thanks!
  6. Is there a way to make the Stagger animation stronger? Almost like the forward "silent roll" perk, but played backwards, so that if a strong opponent hits you, it would cause the player character to almost do a backwards somersault or get completely knocked down? On my next playthrough I want to do things that increase the strength of most enemies like giving them the disarming bash perk and I thought something like this where they could actually knock you to the ground would be a cool Edition. For any experienced modders out there that don't feel like taking on this project, can you suggest then easier way 4 me to do this in the creation kit? One perk I did make and implement on my own game is called "unprotected ankles". And it makes you stagger 5 times more if you are barefoot. I just took one of the perks on the heavy armor perk tree, and changed the conditions from "wearing all Heavy Armor" to "not wearing armored boots". I feel like that one works perfect because the increased stagger add something to the game without actually killing your character.

  10. I think there is a park called Shield charge or something like that where you run at somebody with the shield up and it knocks them over. In the creation kit it might be a simple matter of taking perk Spell ability or whatever it is and applying it to the deadly Bash perk.
  11. How about a copy of Wonder Woman's armor from Batman versus Superman? It would use the boots and the gauntlets / bracelets and circlet bonus points for a shield and sword. Maybe extra bonus points for a golden lasso that would sit on the hip and provide extra armor?
  12. There is a mod called "hmm what to wear" that has an invisible armor. That should give you exactly what you want. You can upgrade and improve it.
  13. What about just using a very weak soul gem, and then letting the charge run out? Wouldn't that serve the same purpose? If you want to learn the Creation Kit, I think this would be very simple mod to make yourself. you could copy a different enchantment, remove the actual enchantment,and then name that enchantment "Rename". Create a weapon that has that enchantment. Then when you load the game and your mod, use the console to give yourself that weapon. disenchant it, and now you have a rename enchantment you could apply to other weapons.
  14. The mod you are looking for is called "the sinister seven". It is one of my favorites. It does everything you asked for and a little bit more. You can configure how powerful and how many opponents. I think The only difference between this and your request is that they are not bounty hunters, they are Assassin's so you cannot pay them off, you have to fight.
  15. I love this idea. I want to play as a "good guy", but the Destroy the Dark Brotherhood quest is boring compared to the DB quest. This would give me the best of both worlds!
  16. That is a cool idea. Maybe you could use the enchantment from Dawn breaker or Aurels bow? And make the base damage very low but x100 for Werewolves.
  17. I am playing add the Temptress race, the vanilla helmets work fine, but many of the custom mods the helmets will not equip. Why? Does the Temptress hair take up the slot? I also have the Apache hairs and like 100 other mods. I noticed this on the War Zone Assault mod and the Omega armory mods. So I put them at the bottom of my load order. The NPCS can wear them fine. What am I missing??

  20. There is a mod called carriages of skyrim, or something like that. It allows you to hop on a carriage to travel to other towns and cities, and it does not fat travel, it has the autopilot. And you "discover" the towns you travel through on your journey.

  22. Thanks Oubliette, but I am not looking for followers or companions. I'm looking for the NPC wilderness encounter that happens after you steal something or have a bounty. Same with the assassins or Thief that sometimes finds you on the road. I want to add more of these types of random encounters. Ideally, they will level with the player up to level 100. Have better armor and weapons. Maybe a level 80 Dragonborn player would encounter the Ebony Warrior (or similar character) as a Bounty Hunter!
  23. I want to add additional Hired Thugs and Bounty Hunters. Is there an easy way to do this in the creation kit by copying what is already there? or do I need to write scripts? Thanks!
  24. The mods Skyrim unbound and Alternate life both allow you to do this. Maybe you could look at how they do it and then backwards engineer it or ask the mod authors of you can piggyback off of what they've done.
