  2. I think this is a neat idea! I'd love to see a new Wonder Woman armor mod. The new one from the Superman Vs. Batman movie looks like it would be lore friendly enough to fit into the world of Skyrim.
  3. Where are the "pre-made saves"?? I'd like a save that already has the Thieve's guild quest part way done. At least so i have the extra vendors in the Ragged Flaggon, without having to do all the little jobs in each city. Is there a way to start a game and "select" what quests should be already completed??
  4. I'm looking for a mod that has the same functionality as Femme Fatale. I've looked at the mod in the Creation Kit, and I can't figure out how it is done. I think it uses scripts, which is beyond my skill level. And it looks like the mod author, Chapmister333, has been gone for the last 2 years. I want to make it more lore friendly - in my own mind/role play anyway ;) Can anyone offer any advice on what I need to do? I want to use this mod as the foundation for my next play through. And I thought it would be cool to have a character that could magically change into a Cat thief for the Thieve's guild quest/ Dark Brotherhood, and then magically change into the Ebony warrior when the need arises!   5. I think this is a cool idea. I like the immersion. Only thing is the game already automatically saves when you wake up after sleeping. so if you choose to not save or quick save while you're playing you would have almost the same effect or you could manually reload the save from when you woke up.

  7. Is there a way to play at 3440X1440 resolution - AND still be able to view the in game menus correctly?? I recently got a Dell 34" ultrawide screen monitor. is is a 21:9 ratio. I can adjust the SkyrimPrefs.ini file to the iSize H=1440 and W=3440 - and that looks great. But, the in game menus on SKUI clip off the top and the bottom. So I can't see how much gold I'm carrying, I can't see the top line in the Magic/Power menu to move from Destruction magic to Restoration, and in the Level Up screen, it is cut off at the bottom so I can't see my Magicka, Health, or Stamina levels. I downloaded Flawless Widescreen, but either I'm doing something wrong or it still doesn't fix the menus. Any ideas?? Thanks! LTK

  9. Can you see the robes in your inventory? Can you see them when you drop them? I'm just guessing here - but, you may have over written the meshes and textures when you installed another mod. If you later removed that mod, then they would now appear invisible. The inventory and dropped objects use a different model, and so if you can see them in your inventory, but not when you are wearing them, that might be it. Are you playing with any mods that change the robes? Like "Art of Magicka" or a UNP or CBBE mod that changes robes? I would uninstall that mod. Load a game and make a clean save. Then exit Use mod manager or what ever to reinstall the mods that affect robes. Over write if you need to. This will put the meshes and textures from the mod you want into the game. Then Shut Down and Restart your computer. I don't know why but sometimes Skyrim plays ghost in the shell with my computer, but restarting seems to work. Then load the save and equip your robe. Good luck! I know how frustrating it is when mods start to break down on you mid game!! LTK
  10. For some reason, Vittoria Vici is attacking me every time I enter Solitude. Even with a new character, starting a new game. The troubling part is that the guards will then attack her, and knock her down. I'm worried this will be a problem if I do the Dark Brotherhood quest line. Does anyone know of a mod that might have an effect on Vittoria? Thanks! LTK
  11. I am working on a quest. At one point, I want the PC/Dragonborn to get captured and equiped with a necklace or ring or something that will prevent them from using Shouts or Magic. I've seen this done in other mods. What / how do you make an item that the player can not remove? How do you prevent the player from using shouts during a part of the quest? Thanks!

  14. I like this idea. For a short term, quick fix you could use the consul to Player.add shout X. Then if you want to play that quest labret you could Player.remove shout X. So it doesn't screw up the quest. I'd love a short cut to an already upgraded Thieves guild Ragged Flaggon. With out having to go through all the local city jobs.
  15. I like this idea. on my first play through, I sneak attacked a vampire with a wooden sword because I thought it would be like a wooden steak in the heart. Turns out, that doesn't work that way. .. but similar to the way silver weapons do more damage against undead. maybe some types of heavy armor can deflect the weaker bows and arrows.
  16. One way to do this is to just change the requirements on the Cushioned perk in the Heavy Armor tree. for example, on my game I removed the prerequisite perk requirements. Then I changed conditions on the perk from "all heavy armor, head, chest, hands, feet" deleted that, and then made the only requirement "not wearing armor boots". Then you can change it from 50% to 99% damage reduction, or what ever you want. So now my character plays normally, but if I want to break imersion, and go base jumping, I just take off my boots and jump.

  18. How about a "Stockholm Syndrome" type mod?? The idea would be that if you are fighting bandits, Forsworn, or vampires, (really any type of human enemy,) and your follower gets knocked down, (or "killed") then that follower would then be captured and become part of that enemy's faction. Maybe they are transported to a new bandit camp or Vampire's lair. It would trigger a quest, similar to the "Rescue" type quests. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rescue http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Rescue_Mission http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Bandit_Attack Your former follower would be part of that faction until you kill the bandit leader, or Forsworn Briarheart at that location. - OR maybe you'd have to fight and beat your follower down, and then you are allowed to administer a potion or spell to return them to normal. It could be fun to try and rescue Lydia or Jordis from Forsworn, or vampires. I don't have much in the way of mod skills, but since there are "Frenzy" spells, and "raise the dead spells" it seems like this would be possible??? Using the consul, Is there a way to force a Rescue mission to start?? Thoughts??
  19. That would be cool. And if they held you in place for a moment too. Like if you the player, step on a bear trap, it clamps down on you and you have to pick the lock before you can move again, - while your opponent closes in on you. Or you could place the trap, in order to capture or stun a bandit. I'd also like it if the trap could be modified to force you to unequip or drop your weapon and boots. You could pick them up again, but it could then have an impact on you if you are in a fight.
  20. could you look at one of the other caves in Creation kit and copy what they are doing? Or make it a dead end, and put the cave entrance piece in front of the dead end, so you "enter" Skyrim?? Good luck!
  21. is there a mod which prevents you from changing gear during combat? I think it could help with immersion if you could not change your boots and armor with one click while you were locked in combat, in a fight to the death. I don't even know if I'd use this mod. :) I sometimes try to play without using the fast travel feature. And so I'll wear clothes to travel faster. But then when bandits attack, I switch to heavy armor for more protection. Seems kinda like cheating, since the bandit did catch me by surprise. I should have to fight in what ever ragged robes I'm wearing. Thoughts or ideas??
  22. Awesome. Thank you both. I'm using Dual Sheath redux, but I think the problem is with my load order. I have the immersive animations and the XP32 skeleton, and I think the XP32 skeleton used to allow me to select sword on back, but now it seems to skip that step, and only allow me to adjust the dagger and quiver. Is that possible?? Update: Yes it is.   23. HELP! I had my 1 hand sword on my back and I loved it. Then I started a new game, moved some mods around, and now It is on my hip!! What mod moves the 1H sword to your back?? Please help! :)
