  1. This is on top of the 1,900 layoffs back in January, I can't help but feel sorry for Tango Gameworks, they release a hit like Hi-Fi Rush and still get closed down.
  2. Microsoft are closing Arkane Austin, Tango Gameworks, Roundhouse Studios and Alpha Dog Games, four Bethesda owned studios, Bethesda Softworks seems to have escaped unscathed at least for now. Microsoft have spent a fortune on acquisitions, I would imagine now they're under some pressure to start seeing returns.
  3. Are the bodies set up differently for FO4? I've never modded it.
  4. Attaching the upperbody to the shoes makes sense for things like heels where the angle of the feet isn't the same as default body.
  5. That's because the shoes will be in the upperbody slot and contain the correct upperbody, when anything is put in the upperbody slot your own body is no longer rendered. This is why for the vast majority of armours the body type your character has doesn't matter because it's gonna get replaced, it's only the textures that matter.
  6. Make sure that Victor is dead, if he is I would load a save from before you killed House and Benny and make sure you speak to House before doing anything. The problem with using the console to fix problems is that it can cause even more problems down the line, commands like coc, moveto and placemeat can cause the player to miss triggers meaning events aren't triggered or they're triggered in the wrong order.
  7. All "type" bodies are compatible with each other so best is personal preference, as for outfits the vast majority of them replace the body with one that is part of the outfit so it doesn't really matter which body you choose, you just need "type" compatible textures when using "type" outfits.
  8. This is all I could find on that mod page... Q: I get this weird message in game about a script overwrite? A: You need to make sure YUPTTW is enabled in MO2 and DIRECTLY underneath the main ESMS in the plugin load order as shown in the instructions.

  11. I honestly have no idea where to go from here, I have the old DVD of FO3 and thus have no experience of the patcher, I know the game works on Windows 10, I play it on there quite often.

Firstly, is the NVAC.dll from the anti-crash in Data\fose\plugins? if you just install it just by extracting to the data folder it's going to be in Data\nvse\plugins where's it's not going to work, I should have clarified that.   13. That's what the Anniversary Patcher fixes, the first thing I linked, it downgrades it to 1.7.0.3.

  15. I would load that up in FO3Edit and expand each mod to see which ones have perks and what those perks are.
  16. Go to Documents\My Games\FalloutNV and move or delete the Fallout.ini and FalloutPrefs.ini files, now start the game via the game's own launcher to generate new ones, it'll reset all of your settings so you'll have to set your options again. Sometimes doing this will fix odd behaviour.
  17. I use removeitem because I've left characters with items unequipped only to come back several days later to find them equipped again.

Open the console, click on the NPC and enter INV into the console, that will return a list of what they're carrying along with the ID's, you can then remove items by entering Removeitem itemID number, that number being the number of that item you want to remove from them. This doesn't transfer the items to your inventory, if you plan on putting the items back make a note of the ID so you can use the Additem command to do it.
  19. Custom race creation is one of those things that's easy once you know how, you can make one in less than five minutes once you've got the hang of it. There is something that's not in that guide, whenever you access the races in the GECK it will create a duplicate of an existing race, it's worth using FNVEdit to get rid of that duplicate once you've finished.

Then don't search for 00, search for whatever else you think might be in the ID or the item's name, it'll still show up in a search even with the prefix, that assumes ID's are descriptive and they're often not. There really isn't a problem here, people have been using prefixes since Morrowind to sort things, if you're adding a number of things to a mod you need a way to identify them and preferably be able to sort them so they end up at the top of lists, hence 00, AA and ZZ, it saves a lot of time.
  22. I use 00 all the time except for scripts and I've never had an issue, statics, races, hairs, everything.
  23. Yeah they'll work with every armour, in 99% of cases armour contains it own body that replaces your characters one.
  24. The alice body works fine with BNB and that skeleton, it also works fine with textures for any of the "type" bodies.
