basically makes vanilla quests have radio talk between your character and other characters between quests. thought it would be cool to have during missions.

Basically makes when you get hurt the screen "glitches" like in rage 2.

i had a request earlier of a cyberpunk\tron trench coat but i think a better one would be the sirius armor with a trench coat (with physics) added to it. can someone do this?

basically makes the minigun remove the drum (there is already a mod for that) but has the reloading animations from dead trigger 1 or something close since it would be easier to make them from scratch.

Basically makes the place underwater when using the sky mod. so you could see fish and plants along with the ocean. kinda like rapture from bioshock.

just finished the end of season 3 (Finale) of Ash VS Evil Dead. was wondering if someone could make a sawed-off double barrel shotgun with both 3rd and 1st person animations to be one-handed so you could shoot enemies like Ashy Slashy.

[(Spoilers) Clive Barker's Jerchio Cole Custom Voiced Companion with Romance and Quest]

i got emotionally attached to this character in Jericho and wanted to have someone voice her with a romance option and quest. but it takes place after the game jericho so its after she dies. you find her put back together like Frankenstein (because she get blown up) along with magic radiation so her soul is back in that body. she is extremely paranoid so she talks super fast. i have a cut scene here that gives away her personality and some images for her look (preset) and wanted to know if someone has voice acting skills to make her. and if you can't talk as fast as her maybe speed up the "tempo" in an audio program.

[More Voice Filters For Players]

There are a few mods (2 i think) that make your character robotic sounding without messing with .fuz files. was wondering if someone could make a few more different filters even beyond robotic. like demon sounding or cyber demon sounding (mixture of robot and demon), etc.

[Akimbo (animations) for 10mm]

Basically makes a mirror of the a gun using animations for all 10mm animated weapons to create the akimbo effect.

just thought it would be cool to explore the SCP Foundation's facility and fight some scps but have SCP 049 (My fav SCP) to be a custom voiced companion (A British voice like the youtube link id prefer) that can also heal you.

i was wondering if someone could make all raiders and gunners wear the synthful traitor armor and rogue prototype armor and change their names to "Synthful Traitors" and "Rogue Prototypes" and make their weapons they use Quad Rioters' weapons (Accelerator, RAW, Technetronic, etc). so could some one do this?

basically replace the disintegrate effect from ashes to a digital effect like if you were in cyberspace kinda like the video power from infamous second son

[Custom flying monster NPCs]

thought it would be cool for someone to make "dragon-like" creatures with custom animations for the wings. i don't know if the animation program for fo4 could be used to make winged creatures but use AI similar to vertibirds or new AI in general. but it would be cool to have big flying creature encounters in the Commonwealth.
