God in Heaven knows they deserve it. BUT what's upsetting to me is Valve's hands in the cookie jar at 75% cut. AND the fact this will give Valve even MORE ideas of how to nickle and dime us to death even more.

In response to post #24657349. It's moresoe that "STEAM" auto-updates your mods automatically whereas with the "Nexus" set-up you have complete control over when and how you update your mods. Example: While using Steam Workshop mods during a play through of mine, on one of my save games, the Steam Workshop auto-updated my mods and caused my game to CTD every time I loaded it up. People also don't like some of the rules instituted by Valve. Another example: On Nexus we get some "Adult-Only" mods that Valve would never allow. Also, as you mentioned, Boss and/or LooT and other benefits you get with using Nexus and doing it yourselves not to mention the "Nexus Mod Manager" is pretty easy to use and does a great job keeping things organized.

I use his mods as well (Predatorvision, Immersive Hud, etc.) and wouldn't and couldn't play without them. Your caution about "Gopher being a prime second example"....yeah I can say you don't know what your talking about at all when it comes to Gopher. Gopher is quite possibly one of the best YouTuber's right now AND his Skyrim Mod sanctuary is responsible for helping hundreds of mods become VERY popular.

I've had it. For the past 48 hours this whole debacle has dominated almost my every gaming moment. I stand behind modders get paid for their work, just not Valve/Bethesda's 75% cut.
