  2. My Character Name: Kieran Age: 21 Class: Rogue Race: Khajiit Hometown: Solitude Faction: The Dark Brotherhood Reason for arrest: Killing an Imperial Captain Backstory: i wake up, in a caravan towards my execution... it seems like it was a long time ago since i joined the brotherhood...but to think it had all been planned out from when i was still a kid... the earliest memory i have is in Solitude... my first victim, an argonian, moderately built and looked old too. i remember...his corpse lying on the floor drenched in blood, his and of everyone else inside the house. apparently they were my family but i don't remember, all i can recall is myself running from that scene still trembling...but not from fear, it was excitement. 3 years after that i was stealing to survive, after all...how is a child going to buy anything without money or a job? oh i could get a job if i wanted, but the thrill of getting that gold and slitting the unfortunate throat of whoever saw me was too much for me to give it up. one day, i received a letter. it only said "we know", in a panic thinking it was the guards or mercenaries,i ran from the city i was staying and laid low for a while, that is... until they found me, the dark brotherhood. they explained that i had killed one of their finest assassins and in return they would kill me or as luck would have it, recruit me into their midst. i accepted of course, my hands were tingling with excitement and ready for killing. i spent years with them, honing my skills and having my fun with my targets, maybe a little too fun...one of my colleagues resented me for being the star pupil and so he lured me into a mission where he would get rid of me. maybe it was because i was rash or too overconfident but didn't see through his lies. the mission was at the border of skyrim and my target...an imperial captain, normal work for the brotherhood. i killed him, had fun too... but then i was ambushed, they were wearing enchanted armor which rendered them invisible. after the beating i passed out and when i woke up...i was in the caravan. i'll get free...it's just a matter of time, and when i do, everyone will cower when they hear the name... ...Kieran.
  3. I have a laptop don't know anything technical but i get A LOT of lag: When i open/close pipboy, when i turn around sometimes, when i draw/holster weapon ect Anyone know why and how i can solve it?
  4. You have nearly 200 posts and still posting in the completely wrong forum?
  5. Yes. Every copy of the game that is bought before release has a premium map. It's not cloth though, it's high quality paper with a burlap texture. What is burlap texture?
  6. Firstly, i will get a little tiny bit far in the main quest, do some quests around the Riverwood area then head out and once i'm at thee nd ill do more main quest and see if i end up somewhere else. I will be following my path, yet wondering around the area sightseeing and killing innocent civilians and holy preachers. I will be starting in Riverwood since we don't know were the real start is. The "Arrows" show the direction i will be going in. When you see a red route, that means im going in the opposite direction from the first black route. Link
  7. Lol i just spotted the messenger part but the "New content" is only new content, not my content.
  8. You have not played any TES game before? A shame. Anyway, the class system restricted you and it was unbalanced. Believe me, it's a lot better this way. Well, it could be a shame but now i get the cool experience of TeS from their best game and have that new feeling and then go back to the old ones.
  9. Xaliqen is correct - enemy's leveling with you was in Oblivion. That has been removed from Skyrim - confirmed by The Todd himself. From UESP: "The level of a given dungeon is fixed the first time you enter it. Therefore, places that you enter early in the game will always contain relatively weak enemies, even if you return to the same dungeon at the end of the game." http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Leveling Of course, this is an interesting concept. As a low-level, you can go sprinting from dungeon to dungeon and locking them in at low levels for early farming... but they'll stay that low. Arguably not worth the effort and you will eventually pass them up and their loot will be basically useless. That's not how it'll work iirc. Every dungeon/worldspace/area/etc has a specific level *range* attached to it. If you enter a level 20-25 area at level 3, everything will be level 20. If you enter it at 19, the mobs will still be 20. If you go in at 22, they'll be 22. If you go in at 26, they'll be 25. Sounds good.
  10. Oh im new to the serious and i heard that it will be more like Fallout 3-levels up with you, so does this mean there will be areas with very strong enemy's and then ones with weak? And i liked the whole "Choose a class" idea.
  11. I just don't like the new skills area and how enemy's level up with you.
  12. Chilling in a tavern or relaxing near a waterside location.
  13. I use the iPod version a lot as I don't have my own laptop until Christmas and I like checking content and reading messages but I can't on my laptop!
