I liked Serana but some of her dialogue... yeah, definitely wasn't sold on her being an ancient Nord vampire. In general I thought vanilla Skyrim was decent, with Alduin's writing slightly below average. The only major pitfall that haunts me to this day is the Dragonborn dlc. Jesus.

Which Daedric Plane would you like to see in the future?
Dongsaeng replied to grod4L's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
Been wanting Quagmire since Vaermina's quest in Oblivion. It just sounds so fascinating and has such potential for some good ol' psychological horror (not that Bethesda could pull it off). Vaermina's my fav prince too so I might be a tad biased, but I wouldn't mind visiting Namira's or Molag Bal's planes. I seem to have a weird affinity for the questionable daedra... -
Which playable races would you like to see added in TES 6/DLC?
Dongsaeng replied to AlienSensei's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
In terms of the player character, I voted none because too many of those races would need a hell of a lot of backstory that Bethesda would not be willing to give. But I'm absolutely dying to see an imga npc. They sound hilarious. -
*goes check Miraak's crotch* I don't see the issue. Are you sure you looked right? I'm looking at some pictures from google images (including the big awesome promo one that has been my desktop's wallpaper on Windoze for eons). His fancy belt thing is somewhat above his bellybutton and goes up, not down, so he has all room in the world. The only issue I see is if he bends down in some serious Yogi fashion, it's gonna go right up his stomach. The tattered bits make the robe so much cooler. It's a pity my Dragonborn is a bulky barbarian who ends up looking like some skinny mage in that outfit. Oh, you're right! Silly me for thinking Miraak would be dumb enough to wear something sure to impale his fun parts. ;D I thought I remembered incorrectly but after looking at the image again, that strip of zig-zaggy detail flowing down from his belt does kind of look like it's a part of it. Unless you study it very closely. I should probably do that from here on. I agree. I still wish the robes were the same colour as their concept though. The deep purple seemed to suit Miraak more than the brown-green scheme he had going on ingame. And I thought all clothes scaled with the size of your character?
-
Good, I'm not the only one. I find is clothes very stylish and well thought out. And the power behind them. Thirded. Best looking robes in the game-- in most games, actually-- by far. Although, don't you think the belt looks a little... uncomfortable? Especially for a male, if he's bending over or sitting down... Unless Dragon Priests were eunuchs? Does the lore mention anything about that? For now I'll be here in my corner, pondering on things other people are too normal to ponder on. Heh.

I march up and down Ulfric's dining table every time I'm in Windhelm.

Feminine/masculine faces: what makes the difference?
Dongsaeng replied to ElricOfGrans's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
I'd actually be inclined to say that a paler complexion would be more "feminine". But meh, skin colour is completely irrelevant anyway. I disagree with narrower facial shape too. Needs to be roundish/ovalish and soft. Everything else is pretty standard but I'm not sure what you mean by thinner lids. I think mouth/nose distance should be shorter and eye size bigger if you want a more feminine face. Maybe a smaller chin, a slight tilting of the eyes and a taller forehead? -
Ladies and Gentlemen, I Present to you: Miraak's Face
Dongsaeng replied to zoneofdarkness's topic in Skyrim's Skyrim LE
He's... decent, I suppose. Better than I expected from Beth but still not good. I'd totally do him if he left the mask on though. Dat voice. -
Intriguing... but highly disturbing.

Dunmer for me. I love their history and culture, and I guess I've just got a sort of attatchment to them since Morrowind. My mains, however, tend to be the corresponding native race in the games: Dunmer in Morrowind, Imperial in Oblivion, Nord in Skyrim. Still have a bunch of dark elf side characters though. :D
-
Only three. I usually had ten+ in Morrowind and Oblivion but I tried to rein my imagination in this time round. :P My main is a Nord warrior called Eir (after the old Norse goddess because I'm original like that) who dual-wields Dragonbane and an excessively enchanted Blades' katana lovingly dubbed 'Decapitator.' She's my Dudley Do-Right. I play her as a sort of Paladin, but without the stupidity. Next is my self-absorbed Bosmer thief, Ivoriel. She's 100 in sneak, archery and illusion iirc. I don't really play her much after finishing the Thieves' Guild questline. I guess she was chaotic neutral in regards to alignment. And lastly is my favourite. Wouldn't you know it's the nutter. Solaris is an Imperial mage who has the innate desire for complete and utter destruction. She's evil, ruthless and overly ambitious, but harbors a bit of a soft spot for Odahviing. He's going to help her take over the world, you see. For reals. They sit upon the tower in Winterhold plotting and muahaha-ing.

"You have my ear, citizen." > "And you're not getting it back." Also, when random NPCs happen to say "Take care." I always say 'Garnier'(sp) after, like the advertisement! :D
