  1. For what I have understood, additionally to giving seam-mended body meshes (not just the necks, also the rest of mesh and texture connectors), the Seamless patches also give some non-BBB meshes BBB integration. Now that the situation I had in another place is more or less solved (and my interlocutor accidentally zapped with a taser gun, but that wasn't my fault), I go to bed. Happy that you managed to solve your installation too. And without being zapped. 'Nights! Cheers! Edit: Just reminded myself of that Jeremy Irons movie, Dead Ringers. Dunno why. Would that make Rangaros Genevieve Bujold?
  2. Hmmm, if the issue is contained to the small tiles with the side pillars, there's a quick, not very elegant but effective, way to fix it: placing a collision box underneath the floor, an invisible one I mean, the ones used to mark "untrespassable areas" in the game. I think, one could place just one collision box scaled enough to cover the whole surface that need proper collision. Rotated to lay flat and placed just below the surface of the floor, overlapping it. That could, theoretically, save all your work and allow you to continue development and publish the mod. And now I'm gonna to bed, My nerves are up the ceiling. 'Nights! Cheers!
  3. Hey, if all you need to know in order to build your own tilesets is texturing, that is something I can help you with. I know how to UV map, bake textures, set them in NifSkope and even edit the UV mapping on NifSkope. But now I need to get some sleep. It's past 3 in the morning here. I'm relieved that you aren't mad at me, but you will pardon me if I refuse to stop pointing this taser gun at you. Could you be so kind to not make any sudden movement? I can't take responsibility if you scare... *1 new reply added. Show me* *Ike panics and pulls the trigger, zapping Lupis* Told you... Cheers!
  4. About the H-Cup Stock, I dunno, Striker is the specialist in those things. About the HGEC Khajiit fix, you shouldn't need it when using OCO, but most likely something in your bashed patch is still redirecting the textures in the wrong direction. OCO redirects female Khajiit textures to the Female folder, but before OCO came out, it was needed the Khajiit fix for HGEC because... ... you see, in vanilla game, each body part (upperbody, lowerbody, hands and feet) has its own texture. But with Robert Male and Robert female, each body part use only ONE texture, footmale.dds and footfemale.dds, for all the body. This is not true for HGEC: HGEC bodies still use a separate texture for the hands, and they need all the asset paths to be properly set (with Roberts all you need to set is the foot texture, and all will show ok). Right now, do your male and female Khajiit show properly, and all the rest of your characters too? Then I suggest not to meddle further with your installation and enjoy it as is. Yep, both Striker and I still get amazed with hour synchronicity. Some of it is caused because we chase each other across the Forums and try to post BEFORE the other (if we have something useful, or at leas distastefully funny, to say), but more often than once it's just co-incicence. Cheers!
  5. He doesn't know that was me. I used the console. While hiding behind a corner. Every time he resurrects (he's essential) he innocently smiles at me... ... ... perhaps too innocently. Gosh, I'm scared now. What you say about tutorials stopping at texturing and whatnot is the same reason why I still don't know how to create my own tiles, not to mention the damned collision. If I could figure why the Great Hall has this issue but not the rest of the citadel (at least not the Dining Hall and the Kitchen), we could fix it. My goodness, that was me who gave you this tileset. I liked it so much... ... and the work you've done here is amazing. Gosh, I don't know what to say. Cheers!
  6. Silver pitchers taken from the DIning Hall do not fall through the floor. Ryan does not fall through the floor when killed in the Dining Hall (he did when killed in the Main Hall). Whatever is happening here, only happens in the Main Hall. I will have a look on the Construction Set to see if there is any difference between the tiles. Cheers!
  7. Sorry about the late reply, I'm having a situation with another matter. The filesizes are the correct ones. I think the issue arises because you merged the Robert Males in your bashed patch and the game is taking the RTfootmale texture instead of the footmale one. In vanilla Oblivion, both male and female Khajiit use the same body texture, the footmale found in the Male folder, but OCO fixes it redirecting the female one to footfemale.dds in the Female folder. Most likely this is why the Khajiit patch is not working for you. The bashed patch works only for mods with esm or esp files. Loose files (masterless mods) do not enter the bashed patch. Try un-merging both Robert Male and HGEC Khajiit fix from your bashed patch as Striker isntructed. Cheers!
  8. Killed enemies go through the floor when in-game, but not when in the Construction Set. Dropped objects from my inventory go through the floor in-game, but dropped objects react to the collision of the floor when in the Construction Set. I admit that I never killed anything when I was using this tileset, but fallen objects did not went through the floor like this. I'm puzzled. The tileset has working collision, the CS shows it, and the player would fall thorough the floor when jumping, but when something "inanimate" falls, down it goes. I simply don't know what to say. I don't know what is happening here. This tileset has been used before on other mods, and this is the first time I hear about this issue.
  9. That's strange. I used this tileset before and never had this issue. I need to test it. But I can't reach the entrance. Looks like you put it out of the map boundaries. Will use coc to the interior cell. Wait a minute before doing anything funny, like putting on fire your computer or something. Cheers!
  10. Hey, Rangaros! Please, go to your Textures\Characters\Khajiit\Male folder and tell us what do you got there, especially the footmale.dds and footmale_n.dds, and their respective filesizes. Cheers!
  11. About the skeleton, did you gave it the height your threatened us with? This could have messed up its collision, I will try to do the same and see what happens. Cheers!
  12. Hum, and, what is it that does not work currently on your installation? The Khajiit males? Cheers!
  13. Rangaros, Archive Invalidation works for all and every one of the texture files you have in your Data directory (and even for the meshes), the installation method used to put them there is unimportant. I have been re-reading the thread and right now I am completely lost. I don't know what you did, where you did it, to whom you did it and with whom you did it. The procedure, summarized to its very essence, is: Install the base game, patch it, install the UOPs, et al. Install OBSE and Blockhead. Install your Body Replacers of choice (the original packages). My instructions were for EVE Variants, but you can use the HGEC variant you want. Just be sure to install it correctly.I Install the Stock Clothing and Armors replacers for your bodies. Install the Universal Skeleton recommended. Install all the BBB Thingies you want to use. Be sure to NOT replace Growlf's Controlable Skeleton with ANY these BBB thingies could come bundled with. Install OCO v2 Install OCO's Texture Compatibility patches for your bodies. The Khajiit thing qualifies as a Texture Patch, so install it the last. Now, Install the Seamless Equipment for your bodies... including the bodies themselves. SInce you used BAIN to install them, you unknowingly installed also the nude body meshes, I suppose, because the Seamless does include nude body meshes. You obviously choose the BBB-enabled things. Then you install the Seamless Heads Nuska's edition. Then BBB Animations. Then you disable Robert Male Bodies esp and any unnecessary HGEC esp. AND THEN ARCHIVE INVALIDATION. Am I missing something here? Cheers!
  14. Good choice. That display case can be opened without committing a crime (but taking the Draconian Madstone from it is). Cheers!
  15. Hey, Rangaros! How are you installing the Khajiit body replacer? Because I have had a look on it and it's a simple texture replacer (yet it includes a tail mesh, but managed by Blockhead). It's supposed to be installed on top of OCO. Install it again once you have finished installing (and having them working) all those bouncing things. But let's try something: install the Khajiit thing MANUALLY. And don't forget to Archive Invalidation once installed. Cheers!
  16. Hey, guys! I have my playing computer back! So, I graciously and generously offer my Royal Abysmer persona to playtest the Citadel right now if Lupis gives me the download link (and the download link for any resources I would need). Striker, I don't know if Ryan can hold grudges or not, but he started pickpocketing me long before we discovered that TARDIS mod. About where to put the key to the CItadel... Put an Akaviri dead warrior somewhere in Pale Pass, well hidden, with the key on it, and the Quest trigger on the key itself (so the quest will trigger when the player picks the key). Or you could put an UNDEAD Akaviri warrior near the entrance (but not RIGHT in front of the entrance) and force the player to kill it to obtain the key. Cheers!
  17. I think I have solved the issue: the OnActivate command DISABLES the door, so the door must be activated again once the OnActivate order has been completed. The script needs to be: scn FinishQuest (or any other name you find suitable) begin OnActivate setstage ElvenwatchManor 20 puthereyourexteriordoorID.Activate endand the Quest will end, the door will open automatically, and from now on will work as a common door. Cheers! EDIT: as I mentioned before, this script must be compiled as an Object script and attached to the unique Base Object for the door you created before.
  18. Rangaros, the filenames OCO uses for textures and meshes are the correct ones. All the files with the _m suffix are for MALES, and the ones with the _f suffix are for FEMALES. The ones without these suffixes are shared by both genders. Do not touch them nor change their names. Blockhead reads these suffixes to know which file to put on which gender. I do not use BAIN installers, so here I'm even more lost than you, matey. Time for Striker to shine (in addition to shuttle people upstairs and downstairs). Gotta go out a while, see you later! Cheers!
  19. Not sure. First, could you try if re-linking the exterior door with the interior door makes it usable, since we already saw that the script updates and finishes the Quest as intended? Now gotta go, really, see you later! Cheers!
  20. If you have changed the Base Object for the door, you need to re-link it to the interior door so the door works. I think your other option should be something like begin gamemode If player.IsInCell ICElvenGardensElvenwatchmanor = 1 setstage ElvenManorQuest 20 endif end As before, somebody need to check if this is technically correct. Cheers!
  21. Hmmmmmmmmm, I don't remember if you attach the script to the placed instance of the door or the Base object for that door, but you need to do it with either the placed instance door's settings windows (double-click the door on the Render window) or the Base object (double click the door on the Render window -- "Edit BaseObject"). Need to go out, will come back later. Cheers! WHOA, EDIT! If your door's Base Object is not unique, that is, if it's shared by all the game doors (which most likely is the case) and you need to attach the script to the Base Object, you need to create an unique Base Object for that door or ALL the doors with the same base object as your door will trigger the stopquest command when activated.
  22. The reason why it's completing the quest is because we set the Complete Quest stage the same as the stage where we obtained the key, deed and all stuff. A stage marked as Complete Quest will end the quest irregardless if it has a target or not, I think. My suggestion is (I don't have here my modding computer so I cannot check the proper command scripts, so let's use plain english): Create a Stage 20, do not put anything on it, or put a message telling the player whatever you want to tell him/her when completing the Quest. Set it to End Quest. Create an Object script set to begin when activating the exterior door (yes, I have changed my mind about using the interior door) that will set the Quest stage to 20, let's say begin onactivate setstage ElvenwatchManor 20 end You could even skip the Completes Quest stage, that is, don't create the Stage 20, and instead use something like begin onactivate if getstage ElvenwatchManor == 10 messagebox "Congratulations, you found this house and now it's yours. Enter freely and unafraid. Do not go down to the basement. By the love of Akatosh, DO NOT GO DOWN TO THE BASEMENT, really. May the Nine forgive us for what we did there." stopquest ElvenwatchManor endif end and attache any of them to the exterior door. Please, anybody with more knowledge (or better memory) than me correct this script because I cannot test if it does indeed work. Cheers!
  23. That's what I'm wondering right now. Why does he not HATE you to death yet? What did you put in his beverage or his food? That's not a normal Ryan behavior. First you beat me at no-CTDs-on-CSE, now you get along with my Ryan better than I. WE ARE http://www.themindrobber.co.uk/new-series-2/tooth-and-claw-queen-victoria.jpg NOT AMUSED Cheers!
  24. The Complete Quest stage should not be Stage 10, because we used Stage 10 to get the key, deed and note for the house (if I have understood correctly). You should create a stage 20, with the appropriate script, set it to trigger when the player enters the mansion, and mark it as Complete Quest. I suggest the interior door, not the exterior, or simply the IfIsInCell (or whatever command is) so the player must ACTUALLY enter the house to finish the quest. Cheers!
  25. As I said somewher a while ago... I remember how this started. Lupis asked how to change the race of a custom mannequin. Striker and I came to answer, and then... http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m5fbe6Pcbg1qcb58yo1_500.gif It not only looks great in pictures, but the plans Lupis has to make it immersive... you folks don't think for a minute it's a finders keepers cozy retreat, Be sure to give weapons. Lots of. And that redhead in one of the pictures... if it's who I think he is, did you check your inventory after a while in his company? Are you sure you have still all your gold and equipment with you? Looking forward to see moar! Congrats, Matey! ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED: LUPIS WON HIS FIRST KUDOZ. Cheers!
