  1. Did you save the plugin, then close GECK to make the changes stick? Is the mod active in your mod loader? Is the mod you make loaded after another mod that would edit what you changed? Move your mod to the bottom of your load order to check.
  2. You need to cut down your load order, it's too big. Either cull out things you don't want or use something like FNV Plugin Utility to merge similar plugins together so you're only using one .esp instead of 10 for the same mod (Ex: Merge all the WMR.esps into WMR MERGE.esp, then all the WMR_WMX.esps into WMR_WMX MERGE.esp, Craft Pack MERGE.esp, etc.) FOOK and Project Nevada are notorious for conflicting as well. You're using EVE-AllDLC but you're using WMX for no DLC, which is odd. You've also got a WME plugin except you're not actually using WME, you've got WMX. >> AG Supplementary Uniques-AllInOne WME.esp <<
  3. Try using something like this. http://newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/52594/?
  4. I dunno, post your load order. It's probably some weather mod, an ENB, or a combination of the two.
  5. Did you also add that line to FalloutPrefs.ini and Fallout_Default.ini
  6. Uninstall your Fake Fullscreen and use something like GameCompanion.
  7. So it messes up if you disable the ENB in-game? What happenes if you move all the ENB files from your FNV main directory (as if you completely uninstalled ENB)?
  8. That's odd. Well, you can either find these folders and delete them in your Data directory: http://i.imgur.com/fYFOv0l.png [These should be the right ones - ignore the wait_meter and wait_pointer] Or you can install another map mod over the top of whatever's happened here.
  9. Hm, well you can input any number between 01 and 24 for the different hours. Try resetting the time scale first. "Set timescale to 30" then "Set gamehour to 12" There's also a "Set GameDaysPassed to XX" if you want to try it.
  10. This happens to me occasionally. Open the console and type "Set gamehour to 12" and it'll reset the time back to noon.
  11. That always happens to me when I reinstall New Vegas. I normally have to install New Vegas Stutter Remover and fix up my settings in New Vegas Configuator before it starts working right. ¯\(°_o)/¯
  12. Since I see you have Fraps installed, take an actual screenshot instead of a photo.
  13. Archive Invalidation needs to be on. Toggle it if it already is.
  14. I hate to have to ask, but do you have Boone with you?
  15. Deactivate every HUD mod, start the game, and make a new save. Then reactivate Darn, oHUD, and uHUD. Then load the save you made before.
  16. Make sure your ENB is disabled first off if you have one. If everything is working normally, when you open the Presidential Suite in GECK's render window, it will display it way off screen. After you open it in the render window, double click on one of the items present in the suite in the Cell View window and it'll snap you to that item in the render window. Then you can continue on from there.
  17. Install Darn, then MCM, then try using Unified HUD after. I've got both and they work fine.
  18. Is your graphics settings set to High or Ultra?
  19. Custom Launch Command Command: [link to fnv4gb.exe] Argument: -nvse_loader.exe Use the 4gb NVSE with it.
  20. Well, if you're stuck in conversation with them, you can use the console and type "cam" to escape. As for stopping it in the first place, post your load order.
  21. Use Wrye Flash or use FNVEdit and Copy as Deep Override into a new plugin to fix conflicts.
  22. Does the filesize show it's empty as well? (Mine is about 950kb) Just delete the file (or restore one of the backup files if you have one in the folder) and see if it creates a new one.
  23. You have to be running a mod that actually makes use of the MCM. When you do, it'll show up.
  24. Are you running some kind of beauty mod that changes the head meshes of people? The red ! means you're missing a mesh.
