  1. Fallout 3 does not play well with multi-core processors with more than 2 cores. There are numerous threads explaining this and explaining the solution. However, a 1Gb processor is less than half the requirement to play the game. As for the RAM, the game engine will only use 2G of RAM unless the game .exe is made large address aware. So that does this mean? Your equipment is not up to the task of running the game with FWE.
  2. Why wouldnt it show up in the load order? There are some files that do not have an ,esm/,esp and since only .esm/,esp files are shown in the load order, those files without an .esm/.esp would not be listed. ie: NVSE, NVTF, NVSR, texture files, etc. Even though they are not listed in the load order, they will still affect performance.
  3. You should check the SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS. The game requires a 2.3GHz processor and you have a 1GHz processor. It definitely is your processor.
  4. There is no store in Goodsprings nor is there a Goodsprings in Fallout3. Goodsprings is part of Fallout: New Vegas. There are also too many files in your load order. Any unused mods should be removed.
  5. Where is the game installed? What are your system specifications? Also, StreetLights.esm should be between ThePitt and BrokenSteel. Since you have Fellout-Full, you do no need the DLC versions. You do not have that many mods that you should be having this problem. However, it is better to install FWE manually than to rely on a mod manager.
  6. Look at the top left of the page. You will see your avatar and your user name. Next to the name is a downward pointing triangle. Left mouse click on the triangle. A drop-down menu will appear. Locate the link "My Content" and left mouse click on it. It will take you to a page that lists all the posts you have made within the past year, not just the ones on Nexus Forums but also Nexus Mods.
  7. You do not have New Vegas Script Extender (NVSE) installed or it is installed incorrectly. That is one of the requirements to properly run Titans of The New West. These requirements are noted on the mod description page. If you are on a console, you cannot run NVSE or Titans of The New West.
  8. On the opening page of forums.nexusmods.com there is a section exclusively for Vortex. I suggest you research your question and come to your own conclusion. Otherwise you will get as many opinions about Vortex as there are members (currently 41,415,919).
  9. Also on the main mod page is the drop down menu "Media" with an upload option. It is easy to see with orange words. I have never had a problem finding the upload when reading the mod pages.
  10. What do you have installed that does not show in the load order?
  11. What do you have installed that does not show in your load order? What are your system specifications?
  12. You will need FOSE https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8606 New Vegas Anti-Crash (NVAC) https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635 Fallout Stutter Remover (FSR) https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/8886 Large Address Enabler https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/6510 This probably won't help you with only 3GB Ram, since you will need some RAM available for your system. This is all I can think of at the moment. Install FOSE first, then the others manually.
  13. You should use the one with the higher damage rating. Always use the largest gun you can handle.
  14. It makes no difference how much RAM you have, the game will only use 2GB unless you have the 4GB patch. Your load list is not in the correct order. I suggest you download and install a good mod manager that will sort your load list into the correct order.
  15. You need a mod manager and a load order sorter. I don't feel like trying to explain the mess you have posted. You should feel fortunate that the game even starts with that load list. Get the mod manager of your choice and get the files sorted. If you are trying to run Fallout3 and Fallout: New Vegas together, you need A Tale of Two Wastelands. Google it since it cannot be hosted here. If you are only trying to run Fallout3, you need to remove all the plugins for Fallout: New Vegas. If you are trying to run Fallout: New Vegas, you need to remove all the plugins for Fallout3. But you really need a tool to sort your load list.
  16. My first question is why do you need a mod? Just don't add any points to any skill you don't want to use. It's that simple. If you max out the skills you really want, then you can add any points to the ones you don't use.
  17. If you are using FOMM, you don't need or want a standalone Archive Invalidation. Just use the one in FOMM under the "Tools" tab. Archive Invalidation must be turned off/turned on any time any change is made to any texture. A mesh is the framework of the item, it is completely necessary. Textures are the coloring of the item, it is completely necessary. Both textures and meshes are necessary or the item will not be displayed. Any body texture mod is an improvement over the vanilla feet.
  18. Epic Games https://store.epicgames.com/en-US/p/fallout-new-vegas--ultimate-edition Free until 6-1-2023.
  19. It depends on which mod manager you use. It is usually in the "Tools" Menu. If you are using Vortex, I can't help you.
  20. Anytime you make any changes to any textures, you must turn off/turn on (toggle) Archive Invalidation.
  21. Since you don't have the mod limit fix, it is surprising that the game will load at all. You have exceeded the number of mods that can be loaded without incurring problems.
  22. What do you have installed that does not show on the load list. eg: NVSE, NVTF, 4GB patch, etc.
