  1. If you're going to have a type of quick start version to this mod, it should start with Alduin raising you from the dead, as that is how most dragons in Skyrim came to be. But before all of this, we need to actually find people who can make dragons playable and smooth to control.

     

    The thought of being a zombie dragon sounds so.... unnatural. x_x

     

    Options would be nice as far as that goes, it's the one reason I created a story about a single Dragon that was left behind, aside from Paarthurnax :happy:

     

    correction, your revived, so your not a zombie dragon...but a live one. and if you wanna look like a normal dragon, thats up to what your dragon looks like :3....speeking of the dragons looks...what about fur on the dragon? like with parthanax? (I know its not the right spelling DX)

  2. Figure I'd share what I could picture experiencing in a mod like this since a few others have done so :tongue:

     

    --Updating--

    You start the game as Dragonborn, being taken to your execution. Upon arrival, you enter the character customization screen. (**This can go two ways, choosing a dragon within the character customization, or afterwards**) Once you're satisfied, with your selection, you hit the designated key to finalize your character's creation. A dialogue box pops up, asking if you wish to be a Dragon. The player chooses Yes and the screen slowly fades out.

     

    A loading screen ensues. After loading, the screen slowly fades in and you can hear the wind and as the screen gets brighter, you realize your in a cave, the wind and snow are raging outside. (Perhaps future modding will let the player start as a new-born dragon.)

     

    From here you're free to follow a tutorial that a mod might provide, or perhaps the mod simply lets you roam free. During the course of the game, you master your power over magic and your scales grow harder and thicker as you get older, taking you from something of a fledgling to that of an Ancient Dragon. During this process you eventually gain access to new skills and abilities such as multiple types of breaths, like fire, ice, and lightning, along with magic that will allow you to transform yourself into a human and communicate with the lesser races, incognito. The look of the humanoid character would be decided from what the player created during the tutorial. (**perhaps modding will let players choose what the humanoid will look like when they use the magic spell to change themselves**)

     

    Shouts would have an exponentially shorter cool down, being a true-born Dragon and all.

  3. hm, I think its because people dont like them? XD I dont know. anyway how about just switching the female body with the male? and with khajjits, if you look that cat like...and so little humanlike...its safe to assume you have cat like....parts xD and hopefully somebody would be willing to do this....also, beast legs....I want those back too.

    Oh well, I guessed you meant them to look correct and to match the worlds lore too. At thatpoint I think the khajits are as they should be. But the legs... I know someone was working on that for Oblivion for a long time, but I can't remember name of the mod or the person.

    And swich ... You would have to tag all argonians as a male. That should be possible. Butthen again, any change made on the body would be made to all male characters in game. I wonder if anyone though about making the bodies for each race or even character separate, or if it's possible. But that brings me back to the leg mod, if the person changed the legs, then he/she prolly knows how to separate the models.

     

    Also, people may think what people like to think, because people as a whole are proven to be stupid. Majorities are proven to be stupid. It's good thing to not be part of the "normal majority" :P

  4. I'm just afraid this will be oblivion all over again, and beth releases a number of dlcs while they delay the kit for month(s).

    Gotta love that modders just got fed up of waiting and designed their own version of the kit, then were making advanced esp/esm mods long before oblivion's kit came out.

     

    Doubt that will happen now. Bethesda has learned from it's past experiences, thankfully. The G.E.C.K. for Fallout 3 came out very, very shortly after the game was released. Same with the New Vegas version. I imagine the same will happen with the CS.

    Hmm, if we have the player start off as dragon, what exactly would be the questline involving it, or after? Since the player is a dragon, or Dovah, the main quest would be entirely different.

     

    well...how about you join a bunch of other "good" dragons, and try to defeat alduin?

     

    That is what I see. Possibly it still follows the killing Alduin quest, but it happens differently as a dragon. Instead of escaping a dragon attack, possibly the dragon version involves escaping someplace as your fellow dragons attempt to hold back Alduin's forces?

     

    agreed, also I was thinking, for the starting scene for the dragon race...what do you think about this?:

     

    (after you choose it in the race selection) fade to all black, then you hear a sound from somewhere. its alduin shouting, and he is riseing you from the dead! you emearge all bones, and then you start glowing, this is when the race menu pops up, and you can do what ever. after that alduin talks to you then leaves. then your free to distroy things XD!

    Define that, I'm not sure I know what you mean, apart from Argonians. But that's a bit...ehh, because bethesda screwed up a long, long time ago. Having breasts (milk glands) doesn't really add up for lizard-like egg-hatched race. Just as well as the manly parts.

     

    this is true, and I have a solution to fix it, though most wont agreed with it. how about makeing a compleatly anatomicly correct mod, fixing all the things wrong with the races. for example, breasts on lizards, and human penises on men.

     

    and for the parts, well for kajjits, (Im about to open a can of weird) lions/ cats have sheaths, which are a sort of pocket for the member. and with lizards, they have hemis, or hemipenes which are stored in the coloca, which how everything should be. also, male argonians or any other type of lizard, the TESTIES INSIDE THEIR BODYS!

     

    Well, I think the worst problem of all is that all males and all females share the body model. Or at least they always did in Beth game. So you "cut" breasts from argonians, you have to do the same for any character tagged as female in the game. I am honestly not sure how can you create a separate model for one race. I'm sure there are people who know tho.

     

    As for Khajits, I think they are, more or less, correct... If you browse the documents about them, they seem to be quite human apart from fur, slightly different skeletal structure, muscles and, erm, digestion process. Also some of the books seem to hint that human and khajiit can have sexual relation quite well, so they can't be that different.

     

    Well, argonians, that's whole different matter, but the breasts really make no sense.

     

    Also, why is furry considered as an offense?

  9. hey guys, I know this is a super weird request, but its all in for realism, this is mainly for the beast races. I want to have (dont hate me for saying this) anatomicly correct....parts....in all of the elder scrolls games, the nude mods have them well....uncorrect..parts. this made me alittle...well, annoyed! anybody (good lord im sorry XD) intrested? note me XD

  11. what about dragon subtypes? ie ice, fire, shadow, undead, water and rock? :3 just throwing out ideas

     

    Yes, since those are already in the game, once a proper, fully-working Dragon Mod is created, it will be very easy to make different types of dragons playable too.

     

     

    Edit: In fact, I am going to add that I support a Dragon Mod exactly like this to my signature. This must be made.

  12. would anybody be willing to make a mod that makes it so, if you go out to far to sea, it will transport you to open ocean area.with underwater citys, huge amounts of sea life, new dominent races (shark and *insert other here*) maybe more? tons of dungons quests and all around fun.

     

     

    what is needed:

     

    underwater citys,

    sea redux (so you can go out to sea if you go out too far)

    more sea creatures (I mean a lot)

    weresharks (shark men)

    A TON of models/weapons

     

    scripter/modeler/texturer will be needed....badly xD

  13. hmmmm...when you start out in the wagon ride, your already a nord....then you choose your race....so why not have it when you choose dragon as a race you spawn in the ground...dead....with alduirn riseing you from the dead :D! after you get out of the ground it will give you options to change skin color, scars, horns, blah blah blah.... then you become a dragon!
