  1. It's the recent Five Seven mod by Sudniro. I made it a .1% larger to avoid some clipping. I figured out what was wrong. The mod had two entries for standard sights, but only one was listed in the OMOD section. I had to go into game, and switch my standard sights, for the other standard sights in order for the changes to take place.
  2. I changed the size of a pistol mod, and now the iron sights are misaligned. The front sight is not visible through the rear sights. In the past I successfully used FO4edit to add a property with ZoomDataOffsetZ to the OMOD of the weapon, but this time it's not working. There are no changes in game, and my sights are still misaligned. There seems to be a dearth of information on this topic, so if anyone can advise me on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated, and I'll give you a million dollars in your next life. XD But seriously, please help if you can. This issue has been driving me mad, and I'm quite crazy enough, as is.
  3. i've been trying to adjust the size of the Laser pistol to something smaller, and less bulky. I was able to do this with Nifskope, but the problem I'm having is that there's no "sighting node" option like there was in New Vegas. Has anyone figured out how to adjust the sights, yet? I've tried lowering the projectile node, but there's no visible change.
  4. Can someone come up with, or point me in the right direction of, a mod that would remove those inane perk notifications that activate when you successfully use a perk? They come up right in the center of the screen, are totally immersion breaking, and distracting as all get out. I use Ohrmus's Immersive UI, and it gets rid of nearly all the hud elements, but this stupid perk notice is still in play.

  7. I recently compiled all the animations I wanted, ran Generate FNIS for Users, and can play the game just fine, for the most part. The problem lies in my still periodically getting the arms to the side glitch. It's hit or miss as to when it will happen, but it happens often enough to be a hindrance to immersion. If the animations didn't work at all, I'd approach this issue differently. The problem is that the anims do work much of the time, but still have a tendency to glitch out. Aside from running FNIS, I have no idea what else can be done to fix this issue, and it's quite annoying. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  8. I think the wasteland could really use a Sig P250 full size. There are a lot of sub compacts out there, but this sexy beast is my current favorite pistol. Would love to see someone try their hand at it in 9mm, or .45 acp. :laugh:
  9. I'm having one heck of a time trying to make a couple of small adjustments to the stock vanilla Alien Blaster. I want to remove the scope-like part on top of the gun, and the strange ring-like protrusion on the left side. I tried doing this with Blender, but I'm a total noob. The few times I successfully managed to cut a piece off the mesh, there was a resulting hole left where the part is removed, and I have no idea how to cover it. If it's not too much trouble, can someone with Blender skills please adjust this mesh for me? This seems like it would be reasonably easy, if one was more familiar with the program. I hate having to ask for help like this, but I seem to screw things up whenever I try to do this myself.
  10. I can't remember where the mesh for the Alien Blaster is located. I know it's packed in a BSA, but I don't know which one. Can anyone tell me, please? I found it. lol nvm XD
  11. If it's useful the transparency function can be bound to a key (mouse or keyboard) or a object, as can the degree of transparency. Well off to bed for me. Yeah, Cormell just told me about that. I've been so in love with your transparency mod that I haven't even played any of my other characters. XD Cormell had to tell me what was up. Thank you for the fix, Dev! ;D

Meanwhile, here's a kudos point as a very small token of my appreciation. Again, you rock, dude! :laugh: EDIT: I just tried it out, and it's simply amazing. Everything I had hoped for, and more. At risk of sounding redundant, thank you, again! ;D
  13. Hmm... I am looking for the sort of transparency one normally gets when they stand too close to a wall. I'm thinking probably somewhere in the 40-45% transparency range? I'm not sure how that translates to numbers, but I want to look like a ghost. Visible enough to see detail, but clearly something spectral. I am very grateful that you responded to this request. Thank you so much! :D
  14. Would any of you talented modders be interested in creating a mod that allows for people to be transparent all the time? I am playing a character who, for all intents and purposes, is no longer among the living. I would love to have this effect enabled at all times, but haven't a clue as to how to replicate this effect without being too close to another object. I do hope someone rises to the challenge. ;)

  16. Thank you for your reply. I have yet to master Blender, though I've had some limited success with modifying shapes with Nifskope. In the case of this machete, all I wish to do is stretch the weapon to make it longer, a process normally very easy to do with Nifskope. I guess my main question is simply in asking if anyone knows where the meshes are located for the broad machete. I can't seem to locate them anywhere.
  17. I'd like to alter the shape of the broad machete with Nifskope, but can't seem to find the nif file. It seems like the broad machete only comes as a dds file, and I don't know how to access that with Nifskope. If anyone has any ideas on how I can either convert this weapon into a nif, or alter its shape in any other way, I would truly appreciate it. Thank you. =)

  19. Is there a way to make objects wider, or thicker with Nifskope? I know you can change the scale of objects, but that changes the overall size, and not just width. If this is not possible with Nifskope, what program would I need to do make these changes? I tried Blender, once, but didn't really know where to begin with it. Edit: I figured it out. One merely changes scale vertices for the desired effect. XD
