Something like the Enclave Officer Uniform should work right?

I just need some help with creating a new uniform, Something that would resemble the Sierra Madre Armor but will look more Officer like. Can anyone help me?

My NPC's don't seem to change their body skin colour, though their faces change accordingly. The trait is set to African American.

What Script would you use to activate a sound? something like "activate Ect."

My Mod "The Sierra Madre Reborn" will have the entire place looking brand new. but for now I need someone to make a clean texture of all of the Industial tilesets. later I will need the whole Resort "Casino, Lobby, Theater, Suites, Cantina Madrid," to be clean. My NPCs seem to be having problems with most Idle animations. They do very few if any, but some do {the sing animation works but none of the ones around it}? Anybody have a clue as to why this is? Thanks,

And I've got a problem with the NPC skin colour. The body stays Caucasian, even when you change the race..... The head however changes.

Well... In West town I put some ghosts and ghouls there.

Well I tried that, I left the madre and waited in goodsprings for four days. came back and they were still dead.

Still need help on this.

Got a problem with the NPC using idle animations. they don't seem to do very many.. if any of the animations I put for them to do.

Just some texture errors, shouldn't be anything to worry about. Yes, I have made use of some.

Okay, so I've built a Huge Cloning lab to the Sierra Madre vault along with an Ammo forge. really think you'll enjoy the ammo forge.

Hello, As some of you know I've been working on a mod for the past couple of months, this mod will fully restore the Sierra Madre. I'm not exactly sure what I'm going to name it yet, but it will add new factions,characters,weapons,quests, and locations. I thought that since i've been working on it for this long, that I might want to open up a question, update Forum. So I'll post some updates and information and you can ask me questions or give advise.
