  1. Hey there, I've just checked your email at https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and it looks like your email address was the same back in the 2013 incident, so that may be where it came from. We're taking all measures possible to prevent such things from happening again. I'm sorry this happened to you. Let me know if you have any questions.

  5. So I found the solution for anyone in the future reading this. I was redirected from another forum to /r/skyrimmods and the top comment resolved the issue. https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/dasx9e/pop_up_asks_to_open_nxm_link_proxy/ Edit - Resolution if you need it here: Create a new text file called `enable_nxm.reg` (be sure that it is NOT enable_nxm.reg.txt). Edit the file with Notepad or other text editor of choice. Copy the text below and paste into the editor. Save and exit the file. Double click the file and then click Yes on the warning. Restart Chrome and you should not see the pop up again. Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Google\Chrome\URLWhitelist] "1"="nxm://*" That's useful to note (although the script didn't work, manually setting the key did).
  6. Oh, so it's not even plausible? That's fine then, I didn't think it would be too much of an effort to add a setting like that if the site is already using it. But then again, I'm not familiar with coding, so I wouldn't know. I'll keep your suggestion in mind for when we revamp commenting on the site, however we do prefer users don't use profane language at all so I expect it won't be included. We'll see when we get there though!
  7. The £2.99 is excluding any taxes that apply in your country. We cannot display the full price with tax until we know which country you're in at the checkout. Hope that clears things up for you.
  8. I'm not really sure what you're referring to? We haven't changed the Premium system in a long time, this appears to have just been a blip between PayPal and our servers. It is now corrected :)
  9. To address the original question. It is not possible to "toggle" the profanity filter. As far as I know, the filter is run over the posts as they are submitted and permanently replaces the curse words with whatever we've set. I don't really see a need for it to be honest. I'll agree swearing is funny in some contexts, but with most of the communication here being text based it's very easy for the context to be lost or misinterpreted.

  17. We believe we have found a solution to this issue. The problem was caused by a JavaScript loop resizing fonts to fit on screen, however if you have font scaling enforced by your device it would get stuck in an infinite loop as it would not be allowed to reduce the font size. We have deployed a fix to prevent this from happening in future.
  18. It's a 24 hour period. If you exceed 2500 request within that period you have to wait for it to reset. If you've gone to bed, you're probably not far off it resetting (depending on how long your slept) :) You still get 100 requests per hour until then.
  19. Glad you managed to get Premium. Did you see the workaround in the OP?
  20. We are aware of that feature request but it requires us to significantly change some of the site's core infrastructure. We haven't forgotten, but I don't know if/when it'll be possible.
  21. Thanks for providing all that info. We'll look into it in the morning :)
  22. This is actually on our to-do list. Thanks for reminding me!
  23. Sorry to hear about this, have you tried any of our other servers when downloading? If it starts at full speed it seems odd that it would slow down unless you're being throttled by your ISP or something.
