I just tested it, and I was correct. My endorsement registers immediately, but the site took a minute or two to show it. I'm not sure that endorsements made through a mod manager show up in "page activity", but they do count to your total :)
I believe endorsing through Vortex updates the stats internally, but what you see on the site is cached so it won't appear to change for a few minutes. I have checked and my endorsements are being counted, it can just take a minute or two to register on the site's side.
Interesting, the small files are served from the global CloudFlare network, so it must either be a routing problem or your local servers are particularly busy.
Thanks for the prompt reply, however this is what the other posts have requested us to do and to no avail. Purely a server side issue as files greater than 800mb download at max speeds The article describes the information we need you to post in order to troubleshoot the issue. Unfortunately a lot of the reports we've been getting are incomplete, so we can only give basic advice.

Please be aware that NMM is neither supported nor recommend by Nexus Mods. We recommend moving to Vortex as we have several dedicated support resources if you run into trouble.
Hi delmar93, Thanks for providing some info to help us troubleshoot. Have you tried manually downloading the file? And tried different server options when doing so?
Hi leeus, Thanks for the info. So the smaller files are served from a different place than larger ones. If the speed for large files is slow for all our Premium servers (you may want to try the European ones too) then it may not be something we can do anything about. If it's not too much of a pain it might be worth contacting your ISP to report the bad connection, they might have some more insight into where the connection is slowest.
This is the Vortex support forum. I'll move your topic to the Skyrim support forum. (As you did not specify which version I'll go with the 2011 release)
