Sometimes there is no answer. Or you phrased your question in a way that was not understood. Then often people ask the exact same question that was has been answered many times and the people that answer are just tired of repeating themselves over and over. A search of the forums may show that same question, possibly phrased differently in several places. Or, you may have posted in the wrong topic. I see noobs posting a question about a specific game problem in the site feedback often. And many times they don't even tell what game that are asking about. With over 350 games supported, that makes it difficult to answer. Each game has it's own forum, and popular games will have more than one for different purposes such as troubleshooting and just talking about the game will be separate.
